If there is a four-layer board with all components removed and the surface clean, we should copy it into a PCB file and follow the following steps:
1. Scan the roof, save the picture and name it top.jpg. At this time, if it is set to 400DPI, the scanning DPI can be set according to different densities.
2. Scan the backplane, save the picture and name it bottom.jpg.
3. Use coarse sandpaper to grind off the middle layer 1, leak out the copper skin, clean and scan the picture, and name it mid 1.jpg.
4. Use coarse sandpaper to grind off the middle layer 2, leak out the copper skin, wipe it clean and scan the picture, and name it mid2.jpg.
5. Adjust each picture horizontally in PHOTOSHOP (rotate the picture to ensure that the picture is horizontal, so that the lines are beautiful and multiple pictures are easy to align up and down). It is suggested that the base map should be mirrored horizontally, so that the directions of the upper and lower maps are consistent and the upper and lower positioning holes are consistent. Finally, each picture is saved as a BMP file, such as: top.bmp, bottom.bmp, mid 1.bmp, mid2.bmp Note here that it is not necessary to cut the picture properly, and it is better to keep some wealth, and basically just flatten the picture.
6, open the color copy software, select file from the main menu->; Open the BMP file and select the top.bmp file to open it.
7. After setting the DPI, you can copy the top-level chart. First, select the layer to the top layer, and then start putting components, vias, wires, etc.
8. After putting everything away on the top floor, save the temporary files (whether in the manual or in the help, you can choose them by the buttons on the menu or toolbar) and name them top- 1.dpb (it is suggested to name the names saved at different times in the middle with different numbers, such as top- 1.dpb and top-2.dpb, to avoid computer failure.
9. Close the current picture window (note that only one picture can be opened at a time, and never open more than one picture).
10, from main menu file->; Open the BMP file and select the bottom image. BMP, and then open the temporary file top- 1.dpb. At this time, you will find that the above picture is not aligned with the background picture below. Press Ctrl A to select all the placed picture elements, and press up, down, left and right cursor keys or numeric keys 2, 4, 6 and 8 on the keyboard to move as a whole to select several reference points and background pictures. It's simple. You can choose "Layer Color Settings" from the main menu "Options" and then check the top layer. Similarly, screen printing on the top floor can also be turned off. After copying the bottom layer, save the temporary file as bottom- 1.dpb, or save the PCB file as bottom- 1.pcb. At this time, the file is already a two-layer aligned and laminated file.
1 1. Similarly, the replication process of the middle layer is the same. Repeat steps 9~ 10, and the final output PCB file is a four-layer PCB diagram exactly like the real thing.
