Which one has more nutrients and which one has less nutrients

It's just that the insoluble fiber content of garlic sprouts is relatively high (2.5g/100g), which is more than twice that of garlic yellow and garlic sprouts, and is higher than most vegetable foods. Chive yellow

How to identify
