Since I was in high school, I have felt that it is very important to have a simple name. There are exams every day in high school, and I have to do papers in every class. I have a super complicated name, and my classmates with simple names have already started answering the questions. I am still struggling to write my own name.
After I go to work, my work also requires various signatures. At the end of each month, my signature hand must be broken off. As soon as the end of the month came to an end, I felt particularly miserable. One of my colleagues actually had a name that was more complicated than mine, which made me even more miserable. At least my name can be written in continuous strokes, but hers can't even be written in straight strokes. As soon as we reach the end of the month, we feel very grateful to have a knowledgeable and talented parent who gave us such a wonderful name.
This is about the strokes and some names in an important sense. When we were in school, we all had the experience of giving others nicknames. The names of some classmates really made you not want to call them, so you would give them nicknames instead of their real names. But some classmates have really nice names, and we can't help but read them several times. Moreover, we always envy the kind of beautiful people with beautiful names. Even if some people have no good looks, they will leave a deep impression on others if they have a domineering name.
Some time ago, it was posted online that some parents named their children King of Glory. I think this is a particularly irresponsible behavior. I don’t know if it is a prank or true, but there are many young parents around us. When naming a child, one really only cares about one's own feelings and does not consider the problems the child will face in the future. Therefore, it is really important to give the child a name that is memorable but not rude.
