Where is the mp3 folder in Sin City, grand theft auto 3?

In general, it is in the source directory X:\GTA. If not, do it yourself, create a new folder named "mp3", then create a notepad file named "MP3Report.txt" in this folder, and then open this notepad to copy these (no dividing line).

Just save it, then copy the songs you want to listen to into this folder, enter the game, find the car, press "R" to select the radio station after getting on the bus, and select "MP3" to be OK.
