Ming surnames are widely distributed, accounting for about 0.0 1% of the Han population in China, especially in Hunan and Hubei provinces, accounting for about 43% of the Han population in China.
The Ming people are now distributed in Xing Wu, Plain (now Shandong Plain), Jiangxi, Hubei, Guangdong, Sichuan and Zhangye, Gansu, while those living in China are distributed in 25 provinces, 33/kloc-0 counties and cities and more than 2,000 villages. There are many people living abroad, involving eight countries and regions of North Korea and South Korea.

Originated from Hui nationality and Hui nationality, it is a China family with a changed surname. The Ming family in the Hui nationality was first seen in the third year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (AD 1370). After the attack on Myanmar, the commander stationed in Yunnan was Gong Ming. At present, Tengchong, Yunnan has its descendants, who have lived for more than 20 generations.
