Article 30
The whole society should participate in the depolarization work. People of all ethnic groups should learn and abide by the law, establish their recognition of the great motherland, the Chinese nation, Chinese culture, China * * * production party and Socialism with Chinese characteristics, enhance their national consciousness, civic consciousness, legal consciousness and China * * * recognition consciousness, practice socialist core values, and consciously resist and stay away from extremism.

The trade union shall publicize and educate relevant laws, regulations and policies among trade union organizations and members, organize activities of depolarization, and prevent extremism from spreading among trade union members.

Religious groups should interpret religious doctrines and canons that meet the requirements of the times, refute extreme religious ideas and concepts, play the role of depolarization, guide religious believers to correctly handle the relationship between law and canons, establish beliefs, resist extremes, and be law-abiding citizens.
Article 36
All kinds of social groups and organizations such as Federation of Industry and Commerce, Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Federation of Social Sciences, Societies, Associations and Foundations should do a good job of depolarization according to their own characteristics and advantages.
Article 37
Schools should strengthen the education of ethnic and religious policies for teachers and students, and enhance the awareness of anti-secession and reverse osmosis. Give full play to the guiding role of teachers in depolarization and educate students to advocate science, pursue truth, oppose superstition and resist extremism. No organization or individual may make use of school platforms, forums, etc. Spreading or spreading extremist remarks.

Families and their members should abide by the law. Parents should influence their children with good conduct, educate their children to advocate science, pursue civilization, safeguard national unity and resist and oppose extremism.

Religious personnel should publicize the concepts of mutual tolerance, harmony, unity and friendliness to religious believers, integrate the doctrines of patriotism, peace, unity, the middle way, tolerance and good deeds into lectures and interpretation activities, clearly refute extremism, guide religious believers to establish integrity and resist the infiltration of extremism.

Article 46
In violation of the provisions of article 9 of these regulations, if the circumstances are relatively minor, the public security organ shall, jointly with relevant departments and units, order it to make corrections and give criticism and education or legal education;
If the circumstances are serious enough not to constitute a crime, the public security organ shall punish them in accordance with the Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Measures for the Implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Confiscation of illegal income shall bear civil liability according to law.
