Article 46

In violation of the provisions of article 9 of these regulations, if the circumstances are relatively minor, the public security organ shall, jointly with relevant departments and units, order it to make corrections and give criticism and education or legal education;

If the circumstances are serious enough not to constitute a crime, the public security organ shall punish them in accordance with the Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Measures for the Implementation of the Anti-Terrorism Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
