The entrepreneurial history of hongqishun

Hong Qishun was born in 1935, Hebei Dachang was flooded, Zuo Honglin and Zuo Hongfa fled to Tianjin Xiawafang to make a living, and met Li Zhanqi who came to Tianjin from Baodi to drive cattle. Three partners rented an adobe house and sold beef, mutton and mutton offal at the head of the volume. Later, mutton jiaozi, barbecue, side dishes and stewed beef and mutton were added. Store is not big, business is booming, always have a font size. After consultation, the three men used the word "Hong" in the name of Zuo's brother and the word "Qi" in the name of Li. Coupled with the word "Shun", which is expected to be successful in business, it forms the "Hongqishun" restaurant, which means "All goes well and good luck". Since then, with the booming business, "Red Flag Shun" has been called noon. In the decade before liberation, the red flag fluctuated due to floods and wars. After liberation, 1956 was a public-private partnership, and the frontispiece was expanded. During the Cultural Revolution, it was named "Shifeng Hotel" and later renamed "Xiawafang Huimin Hotel". Enterprises are always at a loss. 1980 After Sun Ruquan took office, he restored the plaque of "Hongqishun", which made Hongqishun embark on the road of rapid development.

During the period of 1986, Manager Sun Ruquan took the lead in developing collective leasing operation in the catering industry in the whole city. Each of the 55 employees raised funds in 400 yuan, replacing 22,000 yuan of state-owned assets, and rented a house to build a branch in that year. Hongqishun Restaurant with an area of 3,000 square meters was built in 1994, Imperial Restaurant was renamed as Hongqishun Time-honored Brand in 1999, and Hongqishun Restaurant with an area of 4,800 square meters was built in 1999. In April, 20001,the joint venture Heping hongqishun restaurant opened, with a self-operated area of 9,000 square meters. 1995, hongqishun was approved by the municipal government as a pilot unit of 103 corporate reform; 1996, Hongqishun Catering Co., Ltd. was established; 1999 adjust the ownership structure of enterprises and increase collective shares, so that the shareholding ratio is 45% for employees, 33% for collectives and 22% for state-owned shares.

Starting from 1993, we vigorously implemented the brand strategy and successively established 18 franchise chain stores. In 2000, franchise chain stores were established in Yunnan and Hebei provinces, and in 20001year, the franchise chain stores were seriously rectified, and some chain stores that did not meet the management standards of "Hongqi Shun" were delisted.
