Uygur
It is an ancient nation in the north of China. "Uyghur" is a self-proclaimed name of Uighurs, which means "unity" or "union". "Yuan Yi", "Weiyi", "Uyghur" and "Uyghur" in historical books of past dynasties are all different transliteration of Uyghur. After the Mongol khanate, Huihe Ze was called "afraid of my son" and "afraid of my son". In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), Xinjiang provincial government designated it as "Weiwuer", which is still in use today.
