Tsinghua University Zehua Company (full name "Beijing Zehua Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.") is a Sino-foreign joint venture invested by Tsinghua Holdings. The company was established in 1995 with a registered capital of US$2 million. It consists of a mass transfer technology branch, a Shanghai branch, a Guangzhou branch and a Shenyang liaison office. It also has two holding subsidiaries, Zehua Kaitai and Fushun Zehua. The company currently has more than 100 employees, more than 80 of whom have a bachelor's degree or above, and more than 60 of whom have intermediate or senior technical titles. Zehua Company is mainly engaged in the research and development of chemical separation technology, the design/manufacturing and on-site services of chemical tower equipment, and undertakes new construction or renovation projects of petrochemical and chemical separation devices. At present, the company's structured packing tower technology is at the forefront of the country (maximum tower diameter is 8.2 meters), and plate tower technology is at the leading level in the country (maximum tower diameter is 10.2 meters). In addition, the company also works with foreign partners to promote the world's advanced petroleum additive technology, safety and explosion-proof technology and related products in the country.
