The tourism management major of the Business School of Yunnan Normal University is located in the Yanglin Vocational Education Park in the suburbs of Kunming (Songming County).
The Business School of Yunnan Normal University is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education and organized by Yunnan Normal University using social investment according to a new mechanism and new model. It belongs to the undergraduate level of general higher education.
As of July 2015, the school has two campuses. The college headquarters (Haiyuan Campus) is located in Kunming High-tech Development Zone, with more than 18,000 students enrolled, and the two campuses cover an area of ??more than 1,000 acres, with a construction area of ??463,000 square meters; nearly 1,000 faculty and staff, including more than 1,000 full-time and part-time teachers. Currently, there are 36 undergraduate majors and 66 professional directions, and the school library has a collection of more than 1.9 million books. It was named "Garden-style Unit" by the Kunming Municipal People's Government.
