What makes Zhaopin better than 5155 is that many of its functions are free: for example, you can check which companies have checked you.

This function is actually of little practicality in job hunting, but it can satisfy a person's curiosity, and it is more convenient to find the corresponding information after the other HR calls.

It works, but not worth paying for. So I like Zhilian’s generosity on this trivial matter.

The disadvantage is that when searching and filtering, you can only select one of the same conditions, while for 51555 you can select up to five. For example, in the salary category, Zhaopin can only choose one item at a time, such as "15,000-19,999 yuan", while 51job can choose no more than five items at the same time, such as "10001-15000", "15001-20000", etc. The latter is much more convenient.

I remember when I first graduated, Zhaopin had not yet entered Chongqing on a large scale, and there were very few recruitment information in the Chongqing area on the website. After more than ten years, it seems to be the first choice. I have to lament the development of Zhilian.

Many companies often choose to publish information on two websites at the same time, unless some have long-term independent cooperation with one of them.

Liepin is definitely a shining new star that has suddenly emerged. Calculating, the time I spent on it may be about the same as the previous two, and how many years later did the former enter this industry?

Liepin focuses on the mid-to-high-end market. Although the amount of information is less than that of the established Zhaopin and 5151, it also saves a lot of screening time.

In addition to the salary itself, companies recruiting through recruitment, especially traditional companies in non-Internet industries, deserve a good impression score. Because this is a new company in the industry, the recruiter is willing to use it to show that it is advancing with the times, not closed-minded, and willing to try new things and accept new methods.

Liepin can also clearly see the companies that have viewed your business and provide staged feedback on the delivery information, and these functions are free.

However, the salary on Liepin is somewhat exaggerated. Sometimes the headhunter is raising the price, and sometimes it is clearly official information from the recruiter, but it will be higher than that of Zhaopin and 51job. The salary above is 20% to 30% higher. Because those who post information on Liepin will usually post the same position in those two companies, it is best to compare and estimate the real psychological price of the recruiter to avoid wasting time.

Liepin’s unique social function is a double-edged sword. It will recommend to you people you may know or may want to know. The advantage is that it increases communication between users with weak ties and improves a certain degree of credibility. However, sometimes it is a bit strange to see people recommending the same company on the Internet. Colleagues can also say that they understand each other tacitly. If it is this It would be very embarrassing for your superiors to find out that you just registered or refreshed your profile.

Because Liepin has launched a lot of corporate special events, there are also some low-end positions, and there are also companies that are far less than 100,000 for other reasons. If this situation becomes more More and more may affect the experience.

In the Chongqing area, there is still relatively little information. Especially for non-Internet companies and branches of large national companies, there are very few positions available. From this point of view, it can be seen from the side that low overall salary, insufficient enterprise openness, and poor software are still one of the reasons why Chongqing is classified as a second-tier city.

Also: Real estate, finance, and the Internet are high-paying companies that apply to all countries, and Chongqing is no exception.

It is a very unique product. The promotion point is that you can directly communicate with the boss of the other party on it.

But in practice, this is not the case. Often there are several people recruiting in a company, including bosses, managers, and HR. It would be fine if they are each responsible for recruiting direct subordinates or divided areas. However, it is common for their positions to overlap, and even for the same position in the same company, the key information is slightly different. There are differences, and even the company profile has relevant information that does not match the number.

It is difficult to directly contact this point. Who has the time to spend all day on a recruitment app and reply to messages instantly? If this is not possible, this function will be of little significance. Other than the initial hello, it’s not much different than sending in your resume.

If you hope to get a timely reply but don't get it, it will be a very bad experience for both parties.

I didn’t log in for a few days. When I logged in later, I found that a company left me a message as follows (roughly the meaning):

In addition, I am really not targeting anyone, but my overall feeling: most of the positions directly hired by bosses in Chongqing are not good, but those in Internet-related industries are better, because the information is sensitive. They are very receptive to this type of thing and are willing to try it. However, in non-Internet industries, the job postings can be described as "weird".

A guess, but not necessarily correct: BOSS is free to register and publish information, while websites such as Zhaopin and 51job charge for publishing recruitment information, so some are not high-end enough. Positions that are not worth spending money on, are not positioned accurately, and are not ready to spend money on, will end up in the top positions.

Although the BOSS direct recruitment account is an artifact of Internet recruitment and job hunting, the above-mentioned jobs related to the Internet are not mainstream. Maybe it's the reason mentioned above.

In addition, there is still too little information in the Chongqing area. Except for a few small and beautiful companies, most companies and jobs are not attractive enough - in popular words, Not a good job.

In fact, it is not bad to use Lagou as a website to understand the overall situation of Internet startups in a certain place. You can quickly learn which companies are doing what at what stage. Project, infer the company's situation from the recruitment position and salary positioning, and check Qixinbao and the personal information he left on the Internet from the information of the company leaders disclosed on the website, so that you can have a good idea before the interview—— Start-up companies are all about founders and projects, and these two hooks provide a lot of clues.

Before an interview, I once checked the leaders of the other company thoroughly, including their work history, some personal hobbies, and possible personal personalities and opinions in the past ten years. , relationships in the industry, etc. The other party was quite surprised: "Are you checking me?"

It's not surprising. You can see all my resume information on the Internet, so I should have a corresponding understanding. Equivalent. However, the tone of the other party was definitely not happy, and in the end they didn't like each other and nothing happened. Sometimes you can show off your intelligence, but sometimes you can't. A very innovative and well-designed interface, but much less practical. The UI that is quite satisfactory and error-free is actually the most accepted by the public. Standing out from the crowd can stand out from the crowd, but it can also lead to being overwhelmed by the cold.

Zhou Botong basically had no action in Chongqing, so I deleted it after posting it for a few days. There was no special feeling.

Thirty years to Hedong, thirty years to Hexi. Nearly eight years have passed since I last visited a recruitment website. Generations have changed, and things have become completely different.

The work on 58.com, Ganji.com, etc. is aimed at the low-end market and has low credibility. Moreover, the promotion of 58.com is very annoying. After I registered the company, I was harassed many times. Even after I explicitly promised to mark "Don't call me again" after my information, I was still called several times by different people. Their conversation was even worse. Not the same annoying Baidu promotion staff.

Zhiyouji, Zanzhun.com, etc. have been around ten years ago, but in addition to some particularly large companies and large-scale recruiting Internet companies, many small and medium-sized enterprises Basically, no reference information is provided, which is far from the original intention of its creation.

There is a company called Zhipin on Liepin.com that has been recruiting people, but its methods are very shoddy and make people feel disgusted.

My personal summary is as follows:

In Chongqing, with industry counterparts and strong qualifications, it saves time and effort in recruiting. There are indeed many headhunters, most of whom are relatively Reliable;

Generally speaking, it is enough to go to Zhaopin and 51job, these two are the best;

Personally, I am optimistic about Lagou, but there are positions on Lagou, as well as on Zhaopin and 51555. It is of little significance except for finding relevant information.

Most of the companies that take the initiative to call are from Zhaopin and 51job, but they often do not pay attention to the current income and expected salary. It is estimated that only 10% of the companies that are suitable for the job are First, I feel that there are few HR professionals who pass the professional qualifications; very few jobs come from direct hires from BOSS.

All headhunters come from recruitment, and regardless of professionalism or recommended work quality, they are not at the same level as others.

If you keep refreshing your resume every day or two, you will basically get calls from two or three companies every week, almost the same from Zhaopin and 5155; at the same frequency, Lie. It may only take a month for a recruiter to receive a job recommendation, all of which come from headhunters rather than recruiters.
