How do I use video editing to block the top and bottom of the video screen?

Video editing software can be used, such as Premiere and audio-visual studio. It is recommended to use Audio-visual Studio 9, which is powerful and can cooperate with Photoshop to produce very complicated and exquisite graphic materials.

The method is to block the upper and lower graphics first:

Open Photoshop to create a new file with a pixel size similar to that of a video. For example, if you need to add it to a VCD, you should create a new file with a pixel size of 352*288. If it is a DVD, you should create a new file with a pixel size of 720*576. If you don't know, you can open the video file in audio and video, click the video file and right-click to view the properties.

Create a new layer, name it the mask layer, and use the square selection tool to draw the box above the mask screen. The size can be customized and then filled with black. Press Ctrl+D to cancel the selection, then press Ctrl+T to transform black freely, stretch the bottom to make it fit, and then press Enter.

Use the shortcut key Ctrl+J to copy the black layer, move it down to align with the lower edge of the picture, and then merge the black layer with the copied black layer.

Create a new layer, name it white stripe layer, drag a thin stripe with the same width as the new file with the square selection tool, fill it with white, move it to the lower edge of the black block above, copy a white stripe, move it to the edge of the black block below, and then merge all layers except the background. Then delete the next layer.

Finally, save the image file as PSD format.

This effect can be achieved by guiding video files on video tracks in audio and video, transferring PSD files to superimposed tracks, and setting superposition options.

Finally, select the output video file in audio-video sharing.
