Process of registering a new-born child
(1) Address:
A new-born child should register at the household registration department of the local police station of either parent within one month of the child's birth
(2) Processing materials:
1. Infant's Birth Medical Certificate (1 xerox, the original is checked);
2. Parents' marriage certificate, ID card and household registration book (1 xerox each, with original inspection);
3. Family planning certificate issued by the street family planning agency in the place where you intend to enter the household (1 original);
4. If one child is born within the policy, provide the mother's family planning service certificate; If two children are born within the policy, an approval form for the birth of two children shall be provided (1 xerox, original inspection);
5. If the application is made for more than one month, submit the certificate that the baby has not entered the household with the registered permanent residence in another city or county (1 original).
