Ding's Buddhist Dictionary explains "five intellectuals" as follows:

According to the five wisdom (names) of tantric school, the five wisdom of Tathagata is also true. One of the body wisdom in the legal world is added to the last four wisdom. See five words and five wisdom articles.

Ding's Buddhist Dictionary explains "five intellectuals" as follows:

Five wisdom (name number) or enlightenment wisdom is five wisdom, and the first four wisdom in legal circles plus one wisdom is also a unique theory of esotericism. See five words and five wisdom articles.

Ding's Buddhist Dictionary explains "five intellectuals" as follows:

Five wise men (names and numbers) show their methods and turn them into eight senses to achieve four wise men, so that they can be rewarded for their achievements. Tantric Buddhism added the wisdom of the dharma realm transferred from the ninth knowledge to the five wisdom, thinking that the great day of the wisdom of the dharma realm was coming: First, the wisdom of the dharma realm was obtained by transferring the knowledge of Moro. There are different meanings in the legal world, and there are differences in the legal world. The number is too dusty and it is the legal world. The main body of the legal world is six. Righteousness lives in Samadhi in the Six Dharma Boundaries, which is called physical wisdom and convenient for the Lord. Secondly, I learned the wisdom of the Great Round Mirror from Araille. Show all the wonders of the dharma world, such as the wisdom of the great round mirror. Third, equal intelligence is the result of turning to the last knowledge. The wisdom of equal action of all laws. Fourth, the wonderful observation of wisdom is the result of the change of consciousness. It is also wise to observe various methods and machines. What you do is what you learned in a blink of an eye. Achieve the wisdom of self-interest and altruism. Although these five intelligences are the wisdom and virtue of a whole, in order to attract all beings, four intelligences and four buddhas have emerged from the ontology, in all directions. At this time, it is the great day of the Central Committee that the dharma circles live in wisdom. From the wisdom of the great circle mirror, the Tathagata of the East gives birth to the virtue of bodhicitta. From equality and wisdom, Nanbao was born as a Buddha and practiced morality. From wonderful view to wisdom, amitabha came from the west, and the Lord became the virtue of Bodhi. From the wisdom of success to the emptiness in the north, the Lord entered nirvana. Therefore, the five intellectuals have become the second largest subject. The heaven that covers the body, body and wisdom is six, which is a big body. The four Buddhas in four directions are different virtues, which is the big picture of four men. That is, Acheng's great round mirror wisdom is the body of the great Datura. The treasure of equal wisdom is born for samadhi mandala. A wonderful view of the wisdom of Amitabha is the Dharma Datura. The achievement of wisdom is not empty, but the body of karma (translation work). The reason is unique, so the five wisdom and five buddhas, that is, the five largest in the fetal Tibetan world, are fire, water, wind and qi. There are two distributions. See five major articles. There are two doors through, and now it depends on the other door. Follow the door, five wisdom is five wisdom, five Tathagata is five Tathagata. The syllabus says,' Cijueyun: Truth makes the five wise men stand on the roof, and the dharma realm is covered by the middle way.'

The China Buddhist Encyclopedia explains the "Five Intellectuals" as follows:

Takeshi

(Van Gogh Pan ~ Cajn ~ A Nani, Zangye -s/es-ln%a)

(1) Tantric doctrine: that is, in addition to the four intelligences mentioned by the only knower, plus the body wisdom of the dharma circle, it is the cloud five intelligences. The characteristics of these five intelligences are as follows:

(1) dharma dhartu-vis/uddhi-jn ~ a-na: the difference of three secrets is too dusty, so it is called' dharma boundary'. All methods are based on cloud' body', and the methods are not bad, so cloud' sex'. Turn to chapter 9 to get this wisdom. If the Five Buddhas are attached, it will be the Central Day.

(2) A DARS/A-J.: His three secrets have no boundaries and are called' Great Circle'; The image of true wisdom hanging high is called a' mirror'. You can gain this wisdom by turning to the eighth knowledge. Among the five buddhas, it is equivalent to the Tathagata in the East.

(3) Samata-J.: Pure wisdom does not choose feelings and non-feelings, hence the name' Ping'; The same as each other, hence the name' etc'; The permanent residence remains unchanged, hence the name' sex'. Turn to the seventh knowledge to gain this wisdom. It is equivalent to Nanbao in the Five Buddhas.

(4) Wonderful observation wisdom (pratyaveks! Ann! A-J.): This is the wisdom of freely stating various laws intelligently, as described in The Secret Collection. Five eyes are high and evil is right, hence the name. Turn to the sixth knowledge and get this wisdom. It is equivalent to Amitabha among the Five Buddhas.

(5) wisdom (kr! tya^nus! t! Hana-J.): Self-certification of what you should do, hence the name' doing'; Mercy and compassion should be as successful as the wonderful career, so it is called' success'. Turn to the top five and you will know this wisdom. Equivalent to the achievements of the Five Buddhas.

"Secret Collection" says that the water is quiet and shows ten thousand hues, which means that the mirror is full of wisdom. Everything is in the water, there is no height or bottomless, there is no equality, that is, equal wisdom. All colors are different from water, which is a metaphor for observing wisdom. The ubiquitous water symbolizes the wisdom of law. All living beings or non-living beings are born according to water, which is a metaphor for wisdom.

These five intelligences have the meanings of "different stages" and "each with its own characteristics". For example, the five Buddhas mentioned above belong to "different phases" and "each has its own characteristics", which means that each Buddha has five intelligences. This is the unique and profound purpose of esotericism.

If the five intelligences are classified into the five great intelligences, the body wisdom of the legal world is the body of all laws, which is equivalent to emptiness. The wisdom of a big round mirror is like a mirror, which is equivalent to a big place. The same intelligent system looks at each other as if they are the same, which is equivalent to a fire. Smart observation and smart discrimination between good and evil are equivalent to water. A wonderful career in which wisdom benefits is equivalent to a strong wind.

(2) Amitabha's wisdom can be divided into Buddha's wisdom, incredible wisdom, unspeakable wisdom, Mahayana Guang Zhi and infinite wisdom. There are six theories about "infinite life: Buddha wisdom, good wisdom, incredible wisdom, unequal wisdom, Wade wisdom and broad wisdom".

In ancient times, there were many interpretations of the Five Intellectuals. According to On the Meaning of Pure Land of Happiness, Buddhist wisdom is all kinds of wisdom, and the other four kinds of wisdom are established to dispel doubts about Buddhist wisdom. Unbelievable wisdom refers to the wisdom of the Buddha, with less as more, with more as less, with near as far, with far as near, with light as heavy, with heavy as light, with long as short, with short as long. Can not be called wisdom, that is, Buddha's wisdom is absolutely called, non-relative, nothing, words broken, heart destroyed. Mahayana Guang Zhi said that Buddha can't be ignorant, worry-free, unprepared and sentient beings. Unequal, incoherent, superior to wisdom, saying that ordinary wisdom is illusory, Buddhist wisdom is real, truth is mysterious, and there is no reason, so the cloud is "unparalleled"; When you enter meditation, you know, but when you leave meditation, you don't know that your knowledge is limited. Buddha is the true samadhi, and he has been meditating deeply, and he knows two and two like the back of his hand. The deep Buddhism is incoherent, so it is called' incoherent'; More than eight bodhisattvas can report Samadhi, but their habits are slightly fragrant, Samadhi is not extremely blunt, and Buddhism is full of wisdom. If we take the dharma, the dharma is boundless and the photos are boundless, so it is said to be' the best'. The three sentences of "inequality, incoherence and best victory" can also be supplemented; Buddhism has nothing to do with wisdom, and neither does Buddhism and wisdom. Buddhism has nothing to do with wisdom, and neither does Buddhism and wisdom.

(3) The five wisdom acquired by saints: wisdom of law, wisdom of mud, ignorance of wisdom, desire for wisdom and wisdom of edge. Living with wisdom means knowing wisdom from various methods. Mud wisdom refers to the wisdom of knowing all the methods of destruction. No wisdom means that he has no wisdom. May wisdom be called barrier-free wisdom in all laws. Marginal wisdom is the highest wisdom, and it gains freedom by increasing life. "Realism" Volume 16 Cloud (Dazheng 32.368c):

Five intellectuals: using the law to generate wisdom, using mud to retain wisdom, lacking wisdom, wishing wisdom, and being wise. Knowing all the dharmas gives birth to fame and wisdom, such as birth, old age, illness, death and even death, and no Buddha lives in Buddha's nature, so it is said that dharma lives in wisdom. This method destroys fame and wisdom, such as birth and death, old age and death, and even ignorance and death. Q: If you are a teacher, you will know how to live in wisdom. Why? If there is a Buddha and there is no Buddha, then the nature is constant. Answer: the extinction of all laws is called a clay bottle, and there is no way to extinction. (omitted)

No wise man, no wise man, no wise man, no wise man, no wise man. Some people say that compassion is also true, and compassion does not bother all beings. Some people say that emptiness is true, so emptiness has nothing to do with things. Some people say that you are happy when you have mud, and you are happy when you have mud. Some people say that in the fourth Zen, there is no need. It is understandable that arhat cultivated his mind with this wisdom.

Wise wisdom is called wisdom. Q: If you are, this kind of wisdom is unique only to Buddha. Answer: If so, only the Buddha has enough wisdom and others are as accessible as possible. Marginal wise men, followers get the highest wisdom and grow with all meditation. If they gain freedom in increasing or decreasing their life span, they are called marginal wisdom. '
