Step 3: Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add ginger slices and fragrant leaves, and we only take its fragrance. After frying it with low fire, we can take it out and throw it away.
Step 4: Next, pour in minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, keep the fire low all the time, add 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of soybean sauce, appropriate amount of spiced powder and pepper, and stir-fry quickly and evenly.
Step 5: Stir-fry the sauce evenly, pour it into the meat stuffing, then pour in a proper amount of soy sauce to add color, and stir it in one direction for 1 minute to make the meat stuffing stronger, so that it tastes stronger.
Step 6: Stir the fermented dough with chopsticks to exhaust air. In order to prevent adhesion, put some oil on the chopping board, arrange the dough into long strips, divide it into equal flour, roll the dough into long strips, scoop in the meat and put in chopped green onion.
Step 7: Don't scoop too much meat, leave the head position, roll it up from bottom to top, and then knead the two ends.
Step 8: Then make the dough into a circle, sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds on it, and gently press it into a circle from the middle to the outside, and press it on both sides to make the crust thin and even.
Step 9: preheat the electric baking pan in advance, pour in more oil, and put in the cake embryo. Because it is a dough cake, it is very soft. First, turn it on a small fire until it is set, and the edge is burnt. Then turn it over the other side for about 2 minutes, until it turns golden brown and the crust is crisp.
Step 1: A delicious in-laws cake is ready. The crust is very crisp, and the meat is fragrant. With the aroma of sauce, garlic and sesame, it is much more delicious than ordinary pies.
