Will Taihe go bankrupt and all the properties be rotten?

Taihe has many unfinished projects.

At the end of 20 19, Taihe was in deep trouble. Since the outbreak of Taihe debt, owners in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Kunming and other places have faced the risk of building shutdown or even unfinished due to financial problems.

In the recent inquiry letter received by Taihe, Shenzhen Stock Exchange asked Taihe to answer the reason why the pre-sale amount was negative.

The data shows that the pre-sale (sales) amounts of Taihe Group's Beijing Yard Phase II, Hangzhou Yard, Langfang Dajia Commercial City and Lanshan Yard projects are all negative, which are-167.48 million yuan,-28.92 million yuan, -39 1 10,000 yuan and-3.68 million yuan respectively.

Behind the "unfinished" project is the sadness of the owners. Taking Taihe Beijing project as an example, some owners revealed that there were 520 households in Taihe Beijing Yard Phase II, and the total purchase price exceeded 7 billion yuan. As the funds in the supervision account are used to repay the Group's debts, more than 6,543.8 million yuan is directly transferred to the account of Wuhu Rongpuming Investment Center under China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Extended data

In May 2020, a letter from the buyers of Taihe Dacheng Courtyard in Changxing Island, Shanghai to the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government once again pushed Taihe to the forefront, making Taihe, which was already in a tight capital chain, face the troubles of owners' rights protection again.

It is understood that according to the pre-sale contract between the developer and the owner, the Taihe Dacheng Yard project needs to be delivered before July 30, 2020. However, since September 20 19, the progress of the project construction has been slow. Although the shutdown has not been put on record, the single owner thinks that Project 20 19 is equivalent to the shutdown.

The progress of the project is slow, and the current capital chain problem of Taihe has attracted the attention of the owners. An owner complained about Taihe's Shanghai Dacheng yard project on the complaint of black cat, reflecting Taihe's problems such as delayed delivery, misappropriation of funds and illegal sales.
