Chang'an District is an administrative region in western China, mainly focusing on automobile manufacturing and aerospace-related industries. In Chang'an District, there are mainly some large state-owned aerospace companies, such as Shaanxi Aircraft Group and Aerospace Science and Industry under the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). If a new private rocket company is established in Chang'an District, further investigation and understanding may be required.
