Introduction to the use of lightning
1, task classification description
On the left side of the main interface of Thunder is the task management window, which contains a directory tree, which is divided into three categories: downloading, downloaded and trash can. Click a category with the left mouse button and you will see the tasks in that category. The function of each category is as follows: download-all tasks with incomplete download or wrong download are in this category. When you start downloading files, you need to click Download to view the download status of the files. Downloaded-After downloading, the task will be automatically moved to the Downloaded category. If you find that the file is missing after downloading, click the "downloaded" category to view it. Trash bin-Tasks deleted by users in "Downloading" and "Downloaded" are stored in Thunder's trash bin to prevent users from deleting them by mistake. When deleting a task in the Recycle Bin, you will be prompted whether to delete the files stored on the hard disk together.
2. Change the storage directory of the default file.
After the installation of Thunderbolt, a "C:\download" directory will be automatically created on drive C. If the user wants to change the file storage directory to "D:\ download", he needs to right-click "Download" in the task classification, select "Properties", use "Browse" to change the directory to "D:\ Download" and then "OK".
3. The role of subclasses
In the "downloaded" category, Thunder automatically created five subcategories: software, games, drivers, mp3 and movies. Knowing the functions of these subcategories can help users use Thunder better. The following is an introduction to the functions of these subclasses.
1) Everyone is used to putting different files in different directories corresponding to each category. For example, put the downloaded music files in the "D:\ Music" directory, and after downloading, Thunder can automatically save different types of files in the specified directory. For example, the directory where I save music files is "D:\ Music". Now, if you want to download an mp3 called "Direct Answer", right click "Thunder Download". Select "Properties", change the directory to "D:\ Music", then click the "Configuration" button and select "mp3" in the category of "Default Configuration". You will see that the corresponding directory becomes "D:\ Music". Right-click the download address of the direct answer, select "Thunder Download", and select the file category as "mp3" in the new task panel. The download task is in mp3 category. When downloading music files in the future, as long as the file category is specified as mp3 when creating a new task, these files will be saved in the "D:\ Music" directory.
2) Create a new category I want to download some learning materials and put them in the "D:\ Learning Materials" directory, but there is no such category in the default five categories in Thunder. At this time you can solve the problem by creating a new category. Right-click the "downloaded" category, select "New Category", then specify the category name as "Learning Materials" and the directory as "D:\ Learning Materials" and click OK.
3) Delete a classification. If you don't want to establish some classifications by default with Thunder, you can delete them. For example, I deleted the classification of "software", right-click the classification of "software" and select "Delete". Thunder will prompt you whether you really want to delete this category, and click OK.
4) Task Drag Drag a completed task from the "downloaded" category (click and drag a task with the left mouse button) to the "downloading" category, which is the same as the "re-downloading" function, and Thunder will prompt whether to download the file again; How to recover the task from the "trash can" of Thunder? Drag a task from Thunderbolt's trash can to the category of Downloading. If a part of the task has been downloaded, it will continue to be downloaded. If it is a completed task, it will be downloaded again. In the Downloaded category, you can drag tasks into this subcategory. For example, I set the directory corresponding to the mp3 category to "D:\ Music" and now I downloaded the song "answer straight.mp3", but I didn't specify the category when I created the new task. Now the task is "download" and the file is "C:\download". Now I drag this song to "mp3". Tip: Do not specify a category when downloading, and use the default "downloaded". After downloading, the tasks are classified by dragging and dropping, and the files will also be moved to the directory specified by each classification.
4. Hide/show the task management window
The task management window can be folded, which is convenient for users to view the information in the task list. The specific operation is to click the collapse button and the task management window will not be visible. Click the Restore button if necessary.
How to reduce Thunderbolt interface to system tray? Click the fork in the upper right corner, or double-click the floating window to open and close the Thunder interface.
5. Agency service system
Setting the proxy server configuration is divided into two parts. The upper part is the configuration of proxy server types, and users can configure http, ftp and socks5 proxies. The area below refers to which proxy is used in the download, and it can only be used below after the proxy is configured above. For example, if I use http proxy, I need to select http proxy in the configuration of proxy server type. At this time, I will see what I need to fill in. After filling in "server" and "port", I will point out that the test was successful. Then, in the area below, I can select "Use http proxy" for both "http connection" and "ftp connection".
6.FTP detector
Click the "Detector" button to pop up the window. "Address bar" Enter the address of the FTP server you know, and the format is:
Example: Here is the server address! The port number is 456ftp:/123.123.123.123.
Then you need to fill in the address: FTP:/123.123.438+023.6438+023: 456.
"User name" is the user name to enter the server, and "password" is the corresponding password. Note that the general FTP site will often change the user name and password, so pay attention to tracking the trend. Once any of them is modified, you can't log in to the server. Some of these servers can connect directly without a user name and password. The taskbar on the left shows the general directory, the upper column on the right shows the specific files, and the lower column shows some running information of the connected server. Double-click the desired file and automatically load it into the Thunder download task. The package cannot be downloaded yet.
