Annual inspection deadline issue:
In the past, the industrial and commercial business license of an enterprise was subject to annual inspection for the previous year before June 30 of each year. Failure to do timely annual inspections may result in fines or even license revocation.
In 2014, in accordance with the latest regulations, annual inspections will no longer be implemented. Since 2013, the annual inspection has been changed to a corporate annual report disclosure system. The previous on-site application materials and other forms have been simplified, focusing on corporate integrity, self-discipline, and industrial and commercial supervision, management, and punishment. Business license disclosure time
1. If an enterprise has not had its business license canceled or revoked, it shall pass the annual report of the National Enterprise Credit Information Disclosure System and disclose it to the public in accordance with the law.
2. Enterprise business licenses without unified codes will cease to be used at the end of 2017 and will be replaced by business licenses with unified codes issued by the industry and commerce and market supervision departments.
After January 1, 2018, for enterprises that have not replaced their unified code business licenses, their market entity qualifications and business qualifications are still valid. However, all departments currently use a unified code to handle business. A business license is a certificate issued by the industrial and commercial administration to industrial and commercial enterprises and self-employed individuals allowing them to engage in certain production and business activities.
