The name of the website that an individual applies for filing shall not contain the words "China", "Central", "China", "National People's Congress" and "etc. Words such as "anti-corruption", "discipline inspection", "supervision", "letters and visits", "rights protection" and "complaints" involving public interests shall not be included (1). If an individual files the case himself, the access provider shall ask the website sponsor to modify the website name, and the access provider shall verify the modified website name.
