Under the Yaotai Peak of Zhongtiao Mountain, which is rich in myths and legends, about five miles southwest of Xia County, there is a beautiful and rich village surrounded by greenery and vegetable gardens. The name is: "Zhu Lu". This Zhulu Village includes a large village and a Zhuangzi. No matter how times change and society progresses and develops, villages and villages have always been under the jurisdiction of one administrative agency. Strangely enough, there is not a single family named "Zhu" in "Zhu Lu Village", but there are quite a few with the surname "Lu" and "Yao". What is the reason for this? Legend has it that the name of this village was chosen by the god Jiang Taigong. Jiang Taigong was a native of Donghai in the Western Zhou Dynasty and a descendant of the Four Mountains. He was given the surname Lu, so he was also called "Lu Shang" and his nickname was "Tai Gong Wang". He once assisted King Wu of Zhou, gathered eight hundred princes in Mengjin, destroyed Shang and prospered Zhou, and made great achievements in strengthening the country. After his death, he was named a god. To this day, when houses and buildings are being built in rural areas, there are still traditional notes that read: "Jiang Taigong, the gods abdicated here." When Lu Shang traveled around Henan and Jin and passed through Xia County, the capital of Yu, he stood on the top of Yaotai and looked far into the distance. The land here is fertile, the flowers and plants are lush, the trees are luxuriant, and the scenery is really beautiful and charming. He then rode his horse down the peak and entered the village, where he stayed, built a platform, and fished. People say: "Sit firmly on the Diaoyutai" was derived from this, and then it became widely spread. Here he felt that people's mood was like a mirror, they were diligent, humble and sincere, and he suddenly felt admiration. So he left his two sons in this village. One named "Jiang" lives in the village, and the other named "Lu" lives in Zhuangzi. Up to now, this village can be divided into Dacun and Zhuangzi. Later, there was a big river not far from the village, which flooded all year round, submerging houses and destroying crops. The people in the village were starved for years and had to leave their homes and run for their lives. There was a man named Yao Siam who led the local people to repair and overhaul the embankments in order to avoid floods, and built large canals to allow mountain torrents to flow around the village. He drained floods after rain and irrigated fields during droughts, turning harmful rivers into beneficial rivers. From then on, the weather here has been smooth and the crops have been bumper to bumper year after year. In order to commemorate this man who made great achievements in water control and benefited the people, the villagers named the newly built canal "Yao Siam Canal". Many people have asked to change their names and become Yao Siam's successor. Jiang Taigong visited Xia County, the capital of Yu, for the second time. When he heard about this incident, he was extremely respectful and admired. He deeply understands the principle that "the king puts the people first, the king is like a boat, and the people are like water. Water can carry the boat or overturn it." So he generously agreed to the request to change his surname to "Yao". Later, when deciding on the name of the village, the three surnamed families had disagreements and couldn't decide on the name. The family with the surname "Jiang" proposed that he is the authentic descendant of Jiang Taigong. The two surnames "Jiang" and "Lv" should be called together. With the word "Jiang" listed first, the name of the village should be "Jianglu Village". The family surnamed "Yao" argued that they had a large number of people, so why not name the village "Yaolu Village"? When the person named "Lu" heard that both parties had their own interests, he remained silent. Grand Duke Jiang stood for a long time, twirling his beard and thinking, he might as well hide "Jiang" and "Yao"! It was named "Shulu Village". That is to say, this village does not only have the surname "Lu", but also contains the surnames "Jiang" and "Yao". And because the left side of the word "shu" is next to the word "evil", it is not very auspicious and very unsatisfactory. So the "evil" was removed and it was called "Zhulu Village". Zhu Naihong is also red. This change gives a new meaning of rising with the sun and shining on the earth. Since then, it has been passed down from generation to generation and is still used today.
