Kekeligeng Town, referred to as Kezhen for short, is the seat of Wuchuan county party committee and government. Kekeligeng, Mongolian is "Huhe Erege", which means "blue cliff". Hale Town is named after the town government is located in Hale Village. It is 25 kilometers east of Wuchuan County. In 195, Hale set up a district government, and in 1958 it was changed to Hale People's Commune; In 1966, Halle Revolutionary Committee was established; In 1984, it was Hale Township. In April 21, the original Dalanqi Township was merged into Hale Township. After liberation, fourth area was established in West Ulan Bulang in 195, changed to the sixth district in 1953, renamed West Ulan Bulang District in 1955, and established West Ulan Bulang Township in 1956. In March 1958, the district office was withdrawn, and in September, the Bayi Commune was established. In 1962, it was renamed the West Ulan Bulang People's Commune. In 1984, it was changed to a society to build a township. In January 22, it was approved by the Civil Affairs Department of Inner Mongolia to withdraw from the township and build a town.
