I am Manchu, my ancestral home is Gejia Commune in Suizhong, and my Han surname is Mei. What flag am I? What is the Manchu surname?

There are three main families of Manchu Mei surnames near Suizhong:

One family is Foman Meile in Zhenghuang Banner, whose ancestral home is Changbai Mountain, and the original surname is Wukao. At the end of the Ming Dynasty, the family moved to Yehebu (now southwest of Siping City, Jilin Province) and was attached to the Yehenala family. After Nurhachi leveled Yehe Department, the family surrendered to Jin and was incorporated into the Eight Banners. Zahab, the third ancestor of this family, was awarded the title of Mailer Zhangjing in Dalinghe World War I, hence the surname Mailer. In the early years of Shunzhi, from Dragon to Beijing, and during the reign of Kangxi, the descendants of the four generations of this family were sent back to Shengjing to reward the land because of their meritorious service in pingsan Francisco. Later generations scattered in Shenyang, Suizhong, Liaozhong and other places, and took the surname Mei after the Republic of China. The genealogy is now in the hands of Xiaonanguan people in Shenyang.

The other is Mei, a new Han army in Zhenglan Banner, whose ancestral home is Dezhou Prefecture, Shandong Province. During the reign of Qing Shunzhi, the new Han army was recruited by the imperial court and incorporated into the Eight Banners. Since then, it has been stationed in Jinzhou, and later different branches have moved to Huludao, Yingkou and other places. After the late Qing Dynasty, the genealogy of this family was characterized by: Heaven, Tai, Cheng, Ru, Gui, Min, Xing, Guo, Qiang, Fan, Rong, Chang and Sheng. The genealogy is now in the home of Mr. Mei Guisheng in Huludao.

There is another family, the Mei family of Manchu Suiqi with red flag, whose ancestral home is Yunnan, was captured for participating in the rebellion in San Francisco, Wu Sangui, and has since become Baoyi with the flag. During the Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty, the right Shandong Dengzhou government crossed the sea and sent it to Liaodong for reclamation. During the Jiaqing period, a descendant of later generations was later integrated into Manchu because of opening an account and entering the flag, and lived in Zhaotun Township, Wafangdian, Dalian. Genealogical characters are: book fragrance, Lin Feng Geng Xiang, Xingbang Huaibao, Guangxi Xinen, Pinqing Riyu, Baishi Liangzhen, Deye Junchong, Jinxiu Xuandeng, Fengxian Chunxiao, Dongtai Zhenjing, Daguang Huancai, Lingyun * * * Qing, Dangui Qizhi, Hanyuan Tongrong, Zhengting Weiding, Kechang Zhouxun, and all the words and deeds.

The genealogy is now hidden in Mei Hanyu's home.
