Gushi Village, deep in Taihang Mountain, is the descendant of national hero Yu Qian and has a history of 500 years.

Starting from Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province, and going straight along the winding Taihang Mountain Highway, we came to Shi Cun, Yu Jia, an ancient village with a history of more than 500 years, just like a freehand snow landscape painting. The ancient stone house has always maintained a quiet, simple color and a tall and straight posture, which has a unique calm atmosphere of northern dwellings in the vicissitudes of years.

At the beginning of January, in the north, along Taihang Mountain Road, look for ancient villages deep in the mountains, cold air and rolling mountains. Because of the participation of snow, the scenery on the road has become more and more magnificent and poetic.

This time in go on road trip, I still drive my Toyota Camry. Simple and smooth models are what I always like. Camry's fashion is young and of high value, which is the reason why I first chose it. The interior of the vehicle continues the steady atmosphere and smooth movement of Toyota, and the spacious space in the trunk is very suitable for our self-driving trip.

When a landmark building appeared in front of my eyes, the car turned a corner and we came to Yujia Stone Village in the depths of Taihang Mountain. Yujiashitou Village is located in the middle and west of Jingxing County, Hebei Province, about 60 kilometers away from Shijiazhuang, the provincial capital. Starting from Shijiazhuang, because some roads are a little slippery in winter, we drove carefully and arrived in an hour and a half.

Overlooking the Stone Village from the air, the small village after the snow has the aesthetic color in Andersen's fairy tales. Rows of stone houses are regularly distributed in the mountains, and a spacious road in the middle extends from the village head to the distance. What touching stories have happened in this ancient small village in the past 500 years?

Before entering the village, I saw a dashing stone statue, which is Yu Qian, a famous national hero in Ming Di. Shi Cun, Yu Jia is a famous historical and cultural village in China. There are now more than 400 families with a population of 1600, of which more than 95% are surnamed Yu. The people here are descendants of Yu Qian, a famous politician and national hero in the Ming Dynasty.

Go straight along the most spacious road in Stone Village. The warm winter sun shines quietly on the quaint stone house. The old people in the village sat on the stone steps in the sun, pulling their families. Such years are quiet and beautiful, which makes people feel very comfortable. Time seems to suddenly slow down here. No matter how noisy the outside world is, this small village deep in the mountains still maintains its own pace of life.

In the sunshine, chatting with the old people in the village, he proudly told me that when their ancestors first moved to Stone Village, it was still a wilderness and desolate. Stone village has a history of more than 500 years. At that time, most men in the village were skilled craftsmen. Their ancestors built terraces with stones, carved tools with stones, built stone houses with their own hands and paved streets until they built a huge stone village.

Our ancestors were always good at using local materials to build a warm home in a desolate place. Those heavy stones were made into houses by men in Yujiashi Village with a pair of skillful hands. They were strong and sturdy, and even in the wind and rain in the mountains, they still maintained a tall and straight posture. Today, there are more than 4,000 stone houses, more than 3,700 meters of stone streets, more than 65,438 stone wells and pits and more than 0,000 stone steps in the village.

Stone village also has its own passenger station, which surprised me. With the development of tourism, more and more people want to visit Stone Village, and people in Stone Village also want to see the outside world, so they should keep pace with the times.

Fortunately, this time I came to Stone Village to catch up with the rare New Year Fair, which is close to our traditional Spring Festival. The market is very lively. People come to buy the new year's necessities. The stalls selling melon seeds, peanuts and sweets are crowded with people, and all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables are the most popular. Seeing the villagers in high spirits, I joined the market and felt the lively atmosphere of catching up with the big party in the mountain village.

The most surprising thing is to see an old man writing Spring Festival couplets in the market. In the cold weather, he picked up the brush, which was unambiguous. The flowing fonts make it impossible for everyone passing by to stop and watch. When I was a child, my father wrote Spring Festival couplets at home. I felt particularly cordial when I watched such a scene. An uncle bought a picture of Spring Festival couplets and asked how much it cost. The uncle who wrote Spring Festival couplets said that he could give it casually, even if he had no money. The simplicity of the villagers makes people feel so warm that grandpa wrote my name. When he gave money, he kept saying that he didn't have to give it. Take it.

With the growth of age and rich material, the atmosphere of the New Year in the city is getting weaker and weaker. At this time, walking on the new year's collection in Yujiashi Village seems to have returned to my youth. Everyone seems to know each other. Everyone greeted each other cordially and asked each other if the new year's goods at home were ready. What else is missing? When will my classmates come back? This feeling is the warmth, simplicity and humanity I like.

The beauty of red couplets, old people basking in the sun, undulating stone roads and stone villages need not be found, just in every tiny detail. It can only be extracted from the deep mountains after being struck by thousands of hammers. It regards the burning of the burning fire as a very common thing. Even if it is smashed to pieces, I am not afraid, and I am willing to leave a clean one in the world. In advance, this poem can make many people catchy. The author of this poem is Yu Qian, a famous minister and national hero in Ming Dynasty. He has been concerned about his country and people all his life, but he doesn't talk about work. He has always been frugal, and his residence can only provide shelter from the wind and rain. This may be one of the reasons why Yu Qian's descendants lived in the mountains and still maintained their true colors of simplicity and kindness.

The most classic landmark building in Yu Jia Stone Village is Qingliang Pavilion, which is located at the east entrance of the village. There are three floors here, which makes people feel strange. It is because such a high building does not lay the foundation and fill the auxiliary materials. Based on the natural stone bottom, huge stones stand in the same place, and the stones built on your floor weigh as much as 10 thousand kilograms. On the east side of the lower floor hangs a stone table skirt engraved with sika deer, which is rough and elegant. Until today, the wisdom of the ancients still has many ingenious things that we can't imagine, which can't be copied but can stand the polishing of years.

Walking in Shitou Village, the corner of the alley has its own light. There are six streets, seven lanes and eighteen hutongs in the whole Stone Village, criss-crossing, winding and endless. Every street is paved with stones. On both sides of Stone Street are stone courtyards, ancient gatehouses and black painted gates. Every family is connected, and every household is connected. The sound of chickens and dogs is endless, and neighbors come and go, which is a farm scene.

At lunch time, there is delicious farmhouse meal in the small restaurant at the head of the village, which is clean and delicious. There are actually many people who eat. Cold weather, simple home cooking and a bowl of tomato and egg noodles make people warm in their stomachs.

This time, we came to Jiashitou Village and walked along Jingxing Taihang Road. The scenery along the road is also spectacular. Jingxing Taihang Tianlu starts from the north side of Xibaishan Village of Ping She Highway and ends at Daliangjiang Village, with a total length of 18.5 km. Along the line, it passes through Langwo, Gaojiapo, Shi Jia, Yujiashitou Village, Nanzhangjing, Zhangjinggou, Daliangjiang and other villages, and connects with Nanda Line. It is the best enjoyment to enjoy the scenery along the way while walking.

Coming out of Yujiashitou Village and returning along Taihang Mountain Highway, we stopped here and watched the sunset glow quietly when the distant mountain was dyed red by sunset. The warm yellow light of the sunset dyed the world into beautiful golden yellow, sparse trees, rolling mountains and us watching the sunset. At this moment, the world is quiet and the scenery is gorgeous. This is the meaning of travel.
