28 grams of thick yogurt, 12 grams of whipped cream, 1 grams of gelatin tablets+3 grams of dissolved water, 2 spoonfuls of blueberry sauce and about 2 grams of sugar

Blueberries are boiled with sugar to make them thick, or you can directly use blueberry sauce
Gelatine tablets to soak them in cold water, squeeze out the water, and melt them in hot water
Yogurt is warmed up in advance, and then the gelatin solution is added and stirred evenly (if the yogurt is refrigerated, it may cause the gelatin to agglomerate, so long as it is stirred and dissolved with insulated water)

and beat the whipped cream until it doesn't flow. Add 4g and 8g into the mousse cup, refrigerate for more than one hour, and take out the decoration.
3. Tips
Add lightly whipped cream to the yogurt Mu Si liquid, and it tastes like a sponge.
This formula is flexible. Simply put, add 1g to 4g. It can be yogurt: whipped cream can be 5:5 or 7:3, and everyone can play it freely. If the yogurt is very thin, you can directly add the softened gelatin tablets into the yogurt and stir it directly in insulated water (no need to add water to dissolve it).
