Biluochun, one of the top ten teas in China, comes from Dongting Mountain in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, so it is also called Biluochun in Dongting Lake. This name has nothing to do with Dongting Lake. It belongs to green tea in tea. The shape is curved, with a layer of fuzz on the surface, and the color is green and white. There are still some differences between Dongting Biluochun and Biluochun. Tea culture in China has a long history, and Biluochun set off a wave in the Tang Dynasty, but only the nobles can enjoy it. There is another story in Biluochun, which tells that a man once went up a mountain to play. He picked a few leaves during the climbing process and put them in hot water. After soaking, he first smelled a faint fragrance, and the taste of drinking it was much better than that of water. Since then, the leaves have been picked by local people and soaked in water at home. Later, when Kangxi inspected the people's feelings, he came to Dongting and tasted the unique local tea, which was named "Biluochun". Biluochun is also troublesome to pick. It is the busiest time in the vernal equinox every year. Every day, you get up early and start picking tea leaves. You need to finish picking them when they are very young, otherwise the old tea leaves will lose a lot of grades. The picked buds need to be picked again, and it is necessary to ensure that the leaves of this batch are of the same size and must not be uneven. All these tasks should be completed on the same day, and overnight tea can't be fried. It is precisely because of the tea itself and various processes in the early stage that Biluochun has been divided into grades. The first-class Biluochun is light green and fresh in appearance. The better the quality, the more fuzz it has, the sweeter and more lasting the taste, and the more pleasant the fragrance is. But now the doorway of tea is too complicated. Many fake Biluochun has entered the market, and every penny is worth a penny. Everyone should not be greedy and cheap, but after all, it is something that will enter the stomach. It is a big trouble not to burden the body. This kind of "Biluochun" will be black at first, and there is no fragrance in the brewing water. The color of the soaking water will not be green, but yellow.
