Can a general takeaway shop sell salmon?

No way!

On Meituan, a takeaway platform, a "salmon" takeaway shop in Guangzhou Dongchuan New Market has a business license that says "seafood shop", but its catering service license is actually a porridge noodle restaurant, and the scope of the license clearly stipulates that "raw seafood is not included".

In aquatic products markets such as Huangsha, most salmon stalls are not marked with the origin. According to merchants, most of the salmon sold are imported from Norway and Faroe Islands, but the price is extremely cheap, ranging from 60 yuan to 80 yuan per catty, which is inconsistent with the market positioning that "the price of imported salmon per catty exceeds 100 yuan". In addition, some merchants even sell salmon directly into sashimi without gloves, which makes people worry about potential safety hazards.
