2. Proof (as long as you prove that you are a student of this school, you don't have to prove that you have the same name and surname, and the school unit street can do it.
3. Fill in the form in the household registration department where your household registration is located, with the seal of the staff, the signature of the film management police and the signature of the director.
4. Go to the superior competent department of the household registration department where your household registration is located for approval.
5. Notarization (16 years old or older should be notarized, but they sometimes twitch, so don't notarize first, in case they don't want it, save 200 yuan.
6. Print a new household registration book at the household registration department and apply for a new ID card.
