How to make cool summer drinks?

I have 12 simple homemade drinks to prevent heatstroke.

Cold drink watermelon juice: 500 grams of watermelon pulp is seeded and put into a juicer to juice. Add 500 ml of cold boiled water, proper amount of sugar and a little salt, put it in the refrigerator and drink it after cooling.

Mung bean soup: mung bean100g, 20g of rice (adding a small amount of rice can remove the bitterness of mung bean), and 3000ml of water. Boil mung beans, rice and water in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes, and drink after cooling. This product has the effect of relieving summer heat and quenching thirst. (Use 100g mung bean and 200g rice to cook mung bean porridge, which has the effects of invigorating spleen, relieving summer heat and quenching thirst. )

Double scented tea: honeysuckle (also known as double flower) 10g, green tea 3 ~ 5g, brewed with boiling water instead of drinking tea. Has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving summer heat and quenching thirst, and can prevent and treat dysentery and malnutrition. Chrysanthemum tea: 10g white chrysanthemum, soaked in boiling water and added with appropriate amount of rock sugar, has the functions of clearing away heat and improving eyesight, relieving summer heat and quenching thirst, and is especially suitable for hypertensive patients to drink in summer.

Mint herbal tea: fresh mint leaves 10g, green tea 3 ~ 5g, soaked in boiling water, added with appropriate amount of sugar, and drunk after cooling, which has the functions of cooling and quenching thirst, expelling wind and relieving sore throat, and is suitable for people suffering from exogenous wind-heat in summer.

Lotus leaf herbal tea: 20 grams of fresh lotus leaf, soaked in boiling water, added with a little rock sugar, cooled and drunk, has the functions of relieving summer heat, quenching thirst, reducing fat and losing weight, and is suitable for obese people to drink in summer. In addition, eating more fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, cucumber, tomato, peach and apricot in daily life can also prevent heatstroke.

Watermelon skin herbal tea: Wash the green skin of watermelon skin, cut into pieces, add appropriate amount of water to boil for about half an hour, remove the residue to get juice, add a small amount of white sugar, stir evenly, remove summer heat, induce diuresis and detoxify.

Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae Herbal Tea: Wash Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 10g, tear it into small pieces, put it into a teacup, rinse it with boiling water, cover the cup, and let it sit for about10min, then remove the residue and add a little sugar.
