Correct spelling of English names of foreign trade companies
Because of foreign trade, the Chinese name of the company should be translated into English in the company's external contact. The translations of most domestic companies are as follows:
Chinese name: Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co., Ltd.
English name: Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co., Ltd.
As far as I know. Ltd. or Limited itself is written by Limited Liability Company (Limited) in English, so the Co in the English name above is suspected of being duplicated. The correct spelling should be Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co., Ltd. or Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co., Ltd. If you notice, companies in Britain and Hong Kong are usually followed by Ltd or Limited, not nondescript limited companies. When Bank of China went public, Bank of China Limited was written on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Actually, there is another way to write it. The above writing method belongs to the English department, and the other is the American department writing method, which is the English writing method of American limited company. The Chinese company name above is Luoyang Dongzhou Ceramics Co., Ltd. If you have been to the websites of yahoo or eBay, you will find the following company name on the website: Yahoo! Wal-Mart and Yi Bei
Of course, there are also many companies that directly write Corporation or Company, such as Microsoft and Coca-Cola.
But the most commonly used one is Ltd/Limited/Inc.
