Shuangnen Expressway, with a total length of 7 12.2km, starts from shuangliao city, Jilin Province in the south, passes through Baicheng and Qiqihar in the north, and reaches Nenjiang County, Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province. It is numbered G45 12 in China National Expressway Network (20 13-2030), which runs through Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces from south to north.
In 2008, Qin 'en Expressway and Qitai Expressway in Heilongjiang Province were put into construction as the key projects of the "three-year decisive battle" of highways in Heilongjiang Province. Qi-Tai Expressway was rebuilt on the basis of the national highway11(old line, also known as "Qi-Fu line"), which was originally designed as a first-class highway. Qineng Expressway is expanded from Tiefeng to Fengtun 20 km first-class highway, Fengtun to Nehe 124 km first-class highway and Nehe to Nenjiang 89 km second-class highway.
