During emergency medical rescue, medical institutions may follow the requirements of the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level and the pharmaceutical affairs of traditional Chinese medicine medical institutions at or above the provincial people's government issued by the health administrative department of the provincial people's government. Article 14: No advertisements for traditional Chinese medicine shall be published without the review and approval of the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine of the Provincial People's Government; no advertisements for traditional Chinese medicine may be published without review and approval by the drug supervision and administration department of the provincial people's government.
TCM medical advertisements shall not contain the following content:
(1) assertions or guarantees indicating efficacy and safety;
(2) explanations of cure rates or effectiveness Efficiency;
(3) Comparison with the efficacy and safety of other drugs, medical devices or other medical institutions;
(4) Using advertising spokespersons to make recommendations and certifications;
(5) Involving medical technology, diagnosis and treatment methods, disease names, and drugs;
(6) Obscene, superstitious, and absurd;
(7) Using military and In the name of the Armed Police Force;
(8) Using the names and images of patients, health technicians, traditional Chinese medicine education and research institutions and personnel, and other social groups and organizations as proof.
Advertisements of traditional Chinese medicines shall not contain unscientific assertions or guarantees indicating their efficacy; they shall not use the names and images of state agencies, medical research units, academic institutions, or experts, scholars, doctors, and patients as proof.
