We have a condiment for making French fries called "American Chip Spice". Why did we give it this name?

Classic Moroccan spice mix Ras El Hanout - If you haven't tried it before, I suggest you try it now. It will definitely bring a fresh twist to your daily recipes. Keep being amazed by it~ To be honest, every time I wash the dishes, I feel it is a waste, because when I use it to make chicken or make soup, it will stain the plate, but it is impossible to eat it completely. It is such a wonderful thing. No matter how you eat, it feels like a waste.

Of course, for any new thing, I recommend that you stay curious and try it. If you don’t like it, don’t eat it. But if you happen to like it, then life will have one more possibility to please yourself. However, you must be sensible when planting grass. It is also good to buy a small bottle to test the water first. (You can buy it online or at a large general supermarket)

With such "perfect" spices, how can we miss the classic potato chips?

You know, the versatile Ras El Hanout can easily control our Potato King.

Everyone can make fried potato chips, and the oven version is of course very easy. Moroccan Baked Potato Fries

Ingredients: 2 potatoes 1 tablespoon Ras-el-hanout spice blend 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 cloves garlic 3 tablespoons vegetable oil salt to taste

Decoration: fresh coriander, chopped

1. Process the potatoes simply and roughly, peel and cut into strips. (This is a test of my knife skills. If my knife skills are not good, I will not show off)

Soak the potato strips in cold water for 20-30 minutes, wash them under running water, and wipe off the excess water.

2. Preheat oven to 220°C.

3. "Powder" the potatoes - evenly apply all the seasonings except coriander to the potato strips.

4. Spread flatly on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. You can turn the potatoes over in the middle.

When the time is up, take out the fries from the oven and eat them directly. Just be careful not to burn your mouth. The fresh fries are very crispy~~ Sprinkle with coriander and serve with fresh tomato sauce. This "Moroccan French Fries" is complete, isn't it very simple? I feel like since I have it, I no longer have to worry about my daily recipes.
