What is the well to the north of Jinci Temple of Our Lady?

To the north of the Notre Dame Hall of Jinci is the Royal Well. The well in the north of the Notre Dame Hall of Jinci Temple was specially built for Gao Huan to drink his horse. A large stone circle was placed on the well and the well was named Yujing. The Notre Dame Hall is the main hall of Jinci Temple. The main building in Jinci Temple faces west to east and is located at the end of the central axis. It was built to enshrine Yijiang, the daughter of Jiang Ziya, the wife of King Wu of Zhou, and the mother of King Cheng of Zhou. It was founded in the Tiansheng period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1023-1032 AD) and rebuilt in the first year of Chongning (1102 AD). It is a representative work of Chinese Song Dynasty architecture.
