Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 The name of this association is "Shandong Household Service Association" (English translation: Shondong Household Service Association. Abbreviated as SDHSA). It is a social organization with legal person status approved by the Shandong Provincial Association Management and Administrative Department. Its activities are restricted and protected by national laws, regulations and related policies.

Article 2: This association is engaged in businesses related to the home service industry in our province (mainly housekeeping services, family education, real estate agency, property services, home decoration, renovation, home care services, home appliance repair , family nutrition and health care, legal services, family cleaning, family doctor, family accompaniment, family catering, etiquette celebrations, marriage introduction, wedding photography, family travel, family car repair and maintenance, family transportation and moving, family financial management, family consultation , home beauty, hairdressing, body care, bathing, pedicure, family entertainment, home shopping, household appliances, household supplies, household used goods acquisition, household pets, etc.) as the main body, voluntarily participate in the formation of local coordination service organizations, right and wrong For-profit social groups are intermediaries between the government and family service industry units or groups.

Article 3: On the premise of abiding by the Constitution, laws and regulations, national policies, and social ethics, the Association will cooperate with government departments to actively develop employment training, standardize the behavior of family service units, improve service quality, and maintain The legitimate rights and interests of operators, consumers and service providers in this industry, and doing good things for the people.

Article 4 The Association accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the Shandong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission, the business supervisory unit, and the Shandong Provincial Civil Affairs Department, the registration management authority.

Business Scope The business scope of this association (1) Promote and implement the national and provincial party committee and provincial government policies on the development of this industry, investigate major problems and development trends in development, and actively propose solutions to government departments Plans and suggestions; participate in the preliminary work of formulating the development plan and policy formulation of the industry in our province;

(5) Actively report industry conditions to the government and strive for relevant policy and legal support for the development of the industry;

(6) Carry out Rating and award activities in the industry to commend advanced, establish models and create famous brands;

(7) Organize member units to develop new products, promote new technologies and new business management models, and continuously improve the services of member units quality and broaden the scope of services;

(8) Carry out talent training. Focus on strengthening the training of management talents, marketing talents, and technical talents, updating concepts, enriching knowledge, enhancing capabilities, and improving the quality of employees and the development level of the industry. Actively create conditions to establish Shandong Province household service industry training and education institutions.

(9) Organize business activities in the industry, hold trade fairs, expos, trade fairs, negotiations, etc., and actively carry out job development, intermediary and consulting services in the household service industry;

(10) Strengthen communication and contact between industries, organize visits and inspections, and promote inter-provincial and international exchanges and cooperation;

(11) Undertake relevant matters assigned by relevant superior departments.

Chapter 3 Members

Article 7 The members of this association are divided into unit members and individual members.

Article 8 Members who apply to join the Association must meet the following conditions:

Support the Association’s charter; have the willingness to join the Association; have expertise in the Association’s business fields Good reputation and influence; units and groups engaged in the province's household service industry and other related businesses, social celebrities and insightful people who care about and love the development of the household service industry; subject to review and approval by this association.

Article 9 The procedures for membership membership are:

Submit an application for membership and relevant supporting documents; be discussed and approved by the board of directors; and a membership card will be issued by the board of directors or the association secretariat. Article 10 Members enjoy the following rights:

The right to elect, be elected and vote in the association; participate in the activities of the association; receive priority in the association’s services; right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of the association; join the association Voluntarily, return to freedom. Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations

Implement the resolutions of the Association; safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the Association; complete the work assigned by the Association; pay membership fees in accordance with regulations; truthfully report the situation to the Association and provide relevant information. Article 12 Members who wish to withdraw from membership shall notify the Association in writing and return their membership cards.

Members who fail to pay membership fees or participate in the activities of the association within one year will be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from membership.

Article 13 If a member seriously violates this Articles of Association, he or she will be removed from the membership upon voting by the Board of Directors or the Standing Board of Directors.

Chapter 4: Organizational Structure and the Creation and Removal of Persons in Charge

Article 14 The highest authority of the Association is the Member Congress, and the powers of the Member Congress are:

Formulate and amend the charter; elect and remove directors; review the work report and financial report of the board of directors; decide on termination matters; decide on other major matters. Article 15 The Member Congress must be attended by more than two-thirds of the member representatives, and its resolutions must be passed by more than half of the member representatives present to take effect.

Article 16 The Member Congress shall be held for five years. If the term change needs to be advanced or postponed due to special circumstances, it must be voted by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration authority. However, the maximum extension of the term change shall not exceed one year.

Article 17 The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Member Congress. It leads the Association to carry out daily work during the inter-session period and is responsible to the Member Congress.

Article 18 The functions and powers of the Board of Directors are:

Implement the resolutions of the Member Congress; elect and remove the president, vice president, and secretary-general; prepare for the convening of the Member Congress; Report the work and financial status to the Member Congress; decide on the admission and removal of members; decide on the establishment of offices, branches, representative offices and entities; decide on the appointment of deputy secretary-generals and principals of each institution; lead the association's various institutions to carry out work; formulate internal management systems; decide other major matters. Article 19 The Board of Directors must be attended by more than two-thirds of the directors before it can be convened, and its resolutions must be voted by more than two-thirds of the directors present before they can take effect.

Article 20 The Board of Directors shall hold at least one meeting per year, and may also be held by communication in special circumstances.

Article 21 The Association shall establish a Standing Council. The Standing Council is elected by the Board of Directors and shall exercise the functions and powers set out in items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Article 18 when the Board of Directors is not in session, and shall be accountable to the Board of Directors.

Article 22 The Standing Council must be attended by more than two-thirds of the standing directors before it can be convened, and its decisions must be passed by more than two-thirds of the standing directors present before they can take effect.

Article 23 The Standing Council shall hold a meeting at least once every six months. Under special circumstances, it may also be held by communication.

Article 24 The president, vice president, and secretary-general of this association must meet the following conditions:

Adhere to the party’s line, principles, and policies, and have good political quality; The association has a greater influence in the business field; the maximum age of the president, vice-president, and secretary-general is not more than 70 years old, and the secretary-general is full-time; he is in good health and can continue to work normally; he has not been punished in the form of deprivation of political rights; he has complete Capacity for civil conduct. Article 25 The president, vice-president, and secretary-general of the association who exceed the maximum age for office can only hold office after being voted by the board of directors, reported to the business supervisory unit for review, and approved by the society registration and management authority.

Article 26 The term of office of the president, vice-president and secretary-general of the Association is five years. The term of office of the president, vice-president and secretary-general shall not exceed two terms at most. If the term of office needs to be extended due to special circumstances, it must be voted by more than two-thirds of the member representatives at the member congress, reviewed by the business supervisory unit, and approved by the society registration and management authority before taking office.

Article 27 The president of the association is the legal representative of the association. The legal representative of the association shall be the president.

If the vice president or secretary-general needs to serve as the legal representative due to special circumstances, the vice president or secretary-general must be submitted to the business supervisory unit for review and approved by the society registration and management authority before he or she can serve, and this shall be stated in the articles of association. The legal representative of this association does not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other social organizations

Article 28 The president of the association shall exercise the following powers:

Convene and chair the board of directors; inspect member representatives Implementation of resolutions of the General Assembly, Council, and Standing Council; signing relevant important documents on behalf of the association. Article 29 The Secretary-General of the Association shall exercise the following powers:

Preside over the daily work of the office, organize and implement the annual work plan; coordinate the work of various branches, representative offices, and entities; nominate the deputy secretary-general As well as the main persons in charge of each office, branch, representative office and entity organization, submit them to the Board of Directors or the Standing Council for decision; decide on the employment of full-time staff of the office, representative office and entity organization; handle other daily affairs. Chapter 5 Principles of Asset Management and Use

Article 30: Sources of funding for the association:

Member dues paid by unit members and individual members; social donations; government funding; in approved business Income from activities or services within the scope; bank interest; other legitimate income. Article 31 The Association collects membership dues in accordance with relevant national regulations.

Article 32 The funds of this association must be used for the development of the business scope and undertakings stipulated in this charter and shall not be allocated among members.

Article 33 The Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, authentic, accurate and complete.

Article 34 The Association is equipped with professionally qualified accounting personnel. Accountants may not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting calculations and implement accounting supervision. When accounting personnel are transferred or resign, they must clear the handover procedures with the person who takes over.

Article 35 The asset management of the Association must implement the financial management system prescribed by the state and accept the supervision of the Member Congress and the financial department. Assets originating from state appropriations or social donations or subsidies must be subject to the supervision of auditing agencies, and the relevant information must be announced to the public in an appropriate manner.

Article 36 The association must accept the financial audit organized by the society registration and management authority and the business supervisory unit before changing its term or legal representative.

Article 37 The assets of the Association shall not be misappropriated, privately divided or misappropriated by any unit or individual.

Article 38 The wages, insurance, and welfare benefits of the association’s full-time staff shall be implemented with reference to the relevant national regulations for public institutions.

Chapter 6 Procedure for Amending the Articles of Association

Article 39: Modifications to the Association’s Articles of Association must be voted and approved by the Board of Directors before being submitted to the Member Congress for review

Article 40 The revised articles of association of the association must be reviewed and approved by the business supervisory unit within 15 days after being adopted by the member representative meeting, and shall be reported to the society registration and management authority for approval before taking effect.

Chapter 7 Termination Procedures and Property Disposal after Termination

Article 41 If the association completes its purpose or dissolves itself or needs to cancel due to division, merger, etc., the director shall The meeting or the Standing Council proposes a motion to terminate.

Article 42 The motion to terminate the association must be voted and approved by the member representative meeting and reported to the business supervisory unit for review and approval.

Article 43 Before the association is terminated, a liquidation organization must be established under the guidance of the business supervisory unit and relevant authorities to liquidate claims and debts and handle aftermath matters. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.

Article 44 The association will be terminated after the cancellation of registration procedures is completed by the association registration and management authority.

Article 45 The remaining property after the termination of the Association will be used to develop undertakings related to the purpose of the Association under the supervision of the business supervisory unit and the society registration and management authority and in accordance with relevant national regulations.

Chapter 8 Supplementary Provisions

Article 46 This Article of Association shall be implemented after being voted and approved by the Member Congress.

Article 47 The right to interpret this charter belongs to the Board of Directors of the Association.

Article 48 This Article of Association shall take effect from the date of approval by the society registration and management authority.
