(1) Attach great importance to it and organize it carefully. All detachments should attach great importance to a series of volunteer service activities, earnestly strengthen organization and leadership, formulate detailed plans, arrange special personnel to be responsible, and lead cadres to take the lead in ensuring the effectiveness of the activities. All units should bring their own activity tools, and all volunteers should wear obvious volunteer service signs.
(two) close cooperation, strengthen management. Municipal departments (units) volunteer service detachment should arrange a special person to contact the community, consciously serve the community, and cooperate with a series of volunteer service activities. The community should be scientifically planned and closely organized to prevent formalism. The volunteer service activities of traffic persuasion in Ming Dynasty are jointly carried out by community volunteers from the contact department and volunteers from party member. Supervise volunteers to perform their duties conscientiously, set posts and straighten their positions, and promptly correct unknown behaviors such as bad image, answering mobile phones, untidy clothes and hats, eating, sitting and lying down.
(3) Strengthen supervision and strict accountability. The city will organize the supervision and assessment of the implementation of each unit. All districts, parks and detachments report last week's activities in the form of electronic documents before going to work every Monday.
