except for enterprises decided to be established in the State Council, the names of enterprises shall not be prefixed with the words "China", "China", "national" and "international".
if the words "China", "China", "national", "national" and "international" are used in the name of an enterprise, the words should be the industry qualifier.
a wholly foreign-owned enterprise or a foreign-invested enterprise controlled by a foreign party that uses the name of a foreign-funded enterprise (region) may use the word "(China)" in the middle of its name.

Article 13? The following enterprises may apply to use the words "China", "China" or "International" in their enterprise names:
(1) National companies;
(2) large-scale import and export enterprises approved by the State Council or its authorized organs;
(3) Large enterprise groups approved by the State Council or its authorized organs;
(4) Other enterprises as stipulated by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.
To meet any of the above requirements, the words "China", "China" and "International" cannot be used in the name of an enterprise.
