Radiation 4 how to start the game after entering the name?

Generally, after watching the opening CG, you will be prompted to pinch your face. The specific male pig's feet and female pig's feet depends on your personal preference.

Press R key to enter the role name after pinching your face, and press Enter after confirmation.

Remember to save during the game (the survival version can only be saved while sleeping)

Next time you enter the game, just click Load File.
