The wine comes from the oldest vineyard, 80% of which is Pinot Saint Georges or Negrette. Five (cultivated in 1964) and 15% Cabernet Franc (cultivated in 1982), the two grapes are vinified separately and fermented in oak barrels for one year.
In order to better appreciate the exquisiteness of this fine wine, it is recommended that you pour it into a long-necked glass bottle for 2 to 3 hours before savoring it carefully.
