Assorted fried shrimps
Ingredients: shrimp, cucumber, carrot, fungus, egg, onion and garlic
Method:
1. Shrimp Wash and peel off the backs, stir-fry the eggs and set aside
Blank the fungus, cucumber and carrots for 2 minutes, drain into cold water and set aside
2. Heat the oil in the pot, add the green onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant , add the shrimps and stir-fry until they change color, add the eggs, vegetables and stir-fry, add a little salt, chicken essence, half a spoon of oil, a little water starch and stir-fry evenly
