After the company registration and naming is released, there are generally three rules that need to be followed. They are: 1. The company name cannot contain words that are harmful to the interests of the country and society and may cause deception or misunderstanding to the public; 2. The company name needs to use Chinese characters that comply with national standards; 3. The name of a legal person cannot contain the names of other legal persons, unless otherwise specified by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Article 6 of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" To establish a company, one must apply for establishment registration to the company registration authority in accordance with the law. Those that meet the establishment conditions stipulated in this Law shall be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock company by the company registration authority; those that do not meet the establishment conditions stipulated in this Law shall not be registered as a limited liability company or a joint stock company. If laws and administrative regulations stipulate that the establishment of a company must be subject to approval, the approval procedures must be completed in accordance with the law before the company is registered. The public may apply to the company registration authority to inquire about company registration matters, and the company registration authority shall provide inquiry services.
