As a hard-working tour guide, it is necessary to carefully design a tour guide. The tour guide is the explanation words we use when guiding the tour. So have you ever understood the tour guide? The following is the guide words of Chengde Summer Resort that I carefully compiled. Welcome to read. I hope you will like it. Chengde Mountain Resort Guide Chapter 1
Dear tourist friends:
Hello!
Welcome everyone to visit Chengde Mountain Resort. I am your tour guide for this trip, Director Li. I hope my explanation can add joy to your journey.
The summer resort where we are located is located in the north of Chengde City. It is the largest existing classical royal garden in my country. This is a symbol of the prosperous times of Kangxi and Qianlong in the Qing Dynasty. As the founders of the villa, Kangxi and Qianlong both visited the south of the Yangtze River six times and experienced the beauty of the world's scenery. When building the mountain villa, we drew on the strengths of many families and integrated the northern and southern Chinese garden styles into one, making the summer villa the summary and sublimation of Chinese classical garden art. Dear tourists, please pack your backpacks, now I am going to take you to enjoy the scenery.
Everyone, the antique door in front of us is the main entrance of the Summer Resort. It is called Li Zhengmen. It was the door through which the emperors of the Qing Dynasty entered and exited. The palace facade is three rooms wide and divided into upper and lower floors. There are three square door openings on the lower level, and there are city platforms and towers on the upper level. Please see, there is a stone plaque above the middle doorway, on which Emperor Qianlong inscribed "Lizhengmen" in five languages: Manchu, Tibetan, Han, Uighur and Mongolian. It symbolizes that our motherland is a unified multi-ethnic country. There are two stone lions on both sides of the door to show the emperor's majesty.
Friends, please follow me into the village! Please look to your right. There is a huge stone pillar on the mountain in the distance, standing high in the sky and reaching into the clouds. It is thick at the top and thin at the bottom, resembling a mallet used for laundry, so Chengde people called it Bangchui Mountain, and Emperor Kangxi named it "Qingchui Peak". When building the summer resort, this scenery was cleverly used to integrate the inside and outside of the resort, expand the sense of space, and create a new artistic conception. This is a successful example of the resort designer's use of the gardening art of "borrowing scenery".
Tourists, now I want to take you to visit Ruyizhou Island, the largest island in the lake area. There are many buildings on Ruyizhou Island, and ten of the seventy-two scenic spots of Kangxi and Qianlong are here. The main building is a palace. The name of the gate hall is "Wushu Qingliang", and the main hall is "Yanxunshan Pavilion", with a width of seven couplets and a magnificent building. Behind the hall is the "Shui Fang Yan Xiu" hall. Before the completion of the main palace, this was where Emperor Kangxi handled government affairs and lived. Now on display here are Qing palace supplies. In the northwest of the island is the famous garden within a garden - Canglang Island, which is modeled after the "Canglang Pavilion" in Suzhou. Although the area is small, the halls, water pavilions, springs, pavilions and cloisters are cleverly organized together, making people forget to leave.
Let us cross the curved bridge and board Qinglian Island. Everyone, we are facing this exquisite and beautiful building called Yanyu Tower. This is a small building with a width of five couplets and two floors. There are corridors above and below the building. The Yunlong gold plaque on the second floor was inscribed by Emperor Qianlong. Between the Yanyu Tower and the Gate Hall is a regular square courtyard with several ancient pines. There are a pair of bronze deer on the two stone Xumi pedestals under the platform. The Yanyu Tower is modeled after the Yanyu Tower in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. Whenever it rains, it drizzles. When you climb up the stairs and look into the distance, you can see distant mountains and near water, all shrouded in gauze and mist, as if you are in a fairyland. There is the "Qingyang Bookstore" in the east of the building, where the emperor studied and studied; there is the "Duishan Zhai" in the southwest of the building, facing the rockery. There is a hexagonal pavilion built on the mountain, named Wing Pavilion.
There are so many beautiful sights here that you can’t even describe them all, and you can’t finish them all. It’s up to you to enjoy the rest of the scenic spots on your own! Remember to meet at the main entrance in 1 hour! Dear tourists Goodbye, friends! Chengde Summer Resort Guide Words 2

You see, the three pavilions on the lake on the right are called "Shuixin Pavilion", standing on the stone bridge, with a well-proportioned structure, bright and light. Chengde Summer Resort Guide Words Part 3
Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone! We are now in Chengde Mountain Resort. I was the tour guide for the kids and friends today. You can call me Director Wei. Let’s visit together now!
Do you know the origin of the name Chengde Mountain Resort? Because it is located in the transition zone between the Inner Mongolia Plateau and the North China Plain, it has a temperate continental monsoon mountain climate with four distinct seasons. Although the winter is cold, it is surrounded by mountains and is blocked by the cold current from the Mongolian Plateau; the summer is cool with concentrated rainfall, and there are basically no hot periods. That's why it's called a summer resort.
The Summer Resort is also the largest existing imperial palace in China. It covers an area of ??5.64 million square meters and is divided into four parts: palace area, lake area, plain area and mountainous area. It is the largest existing classical royal garden in China. It is twice the size of the Summer Palace and twice the size of the eight Beihai parks. Compared with the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Summer Resort is characterized by simple elegance and mountain village fun.
The biggest feature of the summer resort is that there is a garden in the mountains, and there are mountains in the garden. The palace area of ??the villa is very famous for its reasonable layout and simple architecture. Look, everyone! We are now in the Palace District, a major area of ??Chengde Summer Resort. It consists of four groups of buildings: Gongzheng, Songhezhai, Wanhe Songfeng and East Palace. It is the imperial palace in ancient China, where the emperors of the Qing Dynasty spent summer vacations and handled government affairs. Founded in 1703, it is one of the four famous gardens in China along with the Summer Palace, Humble Administrator's Garden and Liuyuan, which are key cultural relics protection units in China. In December 1994, the Summer Resort and its surrounding temples, the Rehe Palace, were included in the World Cultural Heritage List.
The architecture here is beautiful!
Well, the beauty of the Summer Resort never ends, and every place wants you to savor it carefully! Now let’s visit freely! But please note that littering is strictly prohibited in the entire villa and pay attention to the protection of cultural relics! Warm reminder: meet in the palace area at 11:30 and have lunch together! Chengde Summer Resort Guide Words Part 4
Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone! Director Hao, today I am your tour guide. Today I will take you to visit the beautiful Chengde Summer Resort.
Chengde Mountain Resort is located in a narrow valley on the west bank of the Wuli River north of the center of Chengde. It was first built in the 42nd year of Kangxi Emperor Yongzheng's reign and lasted 87 years in the 55th year of Qianlong Emperor's reign. It was the place where the emperors of the Qing Dynasty took summer vacations and handled government affairs. The architectural layout of the villa can be roughly divided into two parts: the palace area and the garden area. The garden scenic area can be divided into three parts: lake area, plain area and mountainous area. The Summer Resort covers an area of ??5.64 million square meters and is the largest existing classical royal garden in China, twice the size of the Summer Palace. Now, let's visit the two main areas of Chengde Mountain Resort. Please stop littering, spitting, touching valuables, etc.
The essence of garden scenic spots is basically in the lake area, you see! The lake is as quiet as a mirror and as green as jasper. No wonder Kangxi once boasted: "The natural scenery is better than the West Lake." Although the lake area is not as big as Kunming Lake in the Summer Palace, the main attractions and buildings in the villa are scattered around the lake area because of the scattered islands, so they are winding and beautiful.
The palace area is located in the south of the villa, covering an area of ??102,000 square meters. It was the place where the emperor of the Qing Dynasty listened to government affairs, performed ceremonies and lived. It includes four groups of buildings: "Gongzheng", "Songhezhai", "Wanhe Songfeng" and "East Palace". The main hall is called "Lianjingbo City" and is built with precious nanmu, so it is also called Nanmu Hall. Its architectural style is simple and elegant, without losing the majesty of the palace.
Okay. My explanation ends here. Thank you all for your support and trust. Welcome to come again next time. Chengde Summer Resort Tour Guide Chapter 5

Chengde Summer Resort is the imperial palace in ancient China. It was the place where the emperors of the Qing Dynasty escaped from the summer heat and handled government affairs. Built in 1703, it went through three dynasties: Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong, and took 89 years to complete. When we walked into the gate, the first thing that caught our eyes were some palaces. Please bypass the monastery. The famous Sizhi Bookstore is displayed in front of us. The emperor would change his clothes here before and after going to court, and sometimes he would also summon princes and leaders of ethnic minorities here.
After crossing this curved bridge, the place we arrive now is the famous Rehe Spring. There are two important figures in Rehe written on the stone tablets beside the spring. Because the spring water is warm and there is hot spring water upstream, it does not freeze in winter. Especially when the surrounding snow is white, the lake here is steaming and steaming, which is really a spectacle. Let's move on now. What we are seeing now is the famous Crescent River. Dear tourists, the Summer Resort, formerly known as the Rehe Palace, was first built in the Kangxi period and completed in Qianlong. It took nearly 90 years. It is the largest existing royal garden in my country, about twice the size of the Summer Palace. The Qing Emperor spent half a year here every year to meet with princes, nobles and foreign envoys, process memorials, and spend the summer to escape the heat. Therefore, this was the second political center of the Qing Dynasty.
Chengde Summer Resort is located in Chengde City, Hebei Province, the Republic of China. It was once the summer palace of the Qing Dynasty emperors of China. It is 230 kilometers away from Beijing. It is composed of the emperor's palace, royal gardens and magnificent temples.

The garden scenic area can be divided into three parts: lake area, plain area and mountainous area. Mountainous areas need to be visited by car; lake areas can be visited by boat; plain areas have grasslands and woods.
The biggest feature of the villa is that there are mountains in the garden, and there are gardens in the mountains. The mountains and rivers alternate with each other. The scenery can be described as "majestic mountains and beautiful waters", which combines the beauty of northern and southern gardens. The villa is divided into two parts: the palace area and the garden scenic area. The garden scenic area is divided into three parts: lake area, plain area and mountainous area. There are more than 120 groups of ancient buildings such as pavilions, temples, monasteries and temples in the villa, and the humanities and scenic spots are perfectly combined with the lake and water.
The palace area is mainly composed of four buildings: the main palace, Songhezhai, Wanhe Songfeng Hall and the East Palace. It is the place where the emperor handles government affairs, holds celebrations and lives.
Look, everyone, this is the lake area. Look at the jade plate-like lotus leaves on the green lake holding up the lotus flowers one after another. The lotus flowers are as white as snow and as pink as clouds. Not like a graceful girl?
We are now in the plain area of ??the summer resort, where there are green grass, a prairie scenery, towering ancient trees, and a scene like the vast forests of the Greater Khingan Mountains.
Look, this is the mountainous area, with undulating mountains, crisscrossing ravines, and numerous buildings, pavilions, and temples dotted among them. If you are tired from walking, you can also take a car up the mountain. We will meet at the bottom of the mountain in an hour, and you can move around freely in the rest of the time. Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone! My name is Tan Kexin. Just call me Director Tan. My destination today is Chengde Summer Resort.
Chengde Summer Resort was the place where Emperor Qianlong visited. It was also the palace and garden of ancient Chinese emperors, and the place where emperors of the Qing Dynasty spent summer vacations and handled government affairs. Located in the north of Chengde City, Hebei Province. It was first built in 1703 and took 89 years to complete after the Kangxi, Yongzheng and Qianlong dynasties of the Qing Dynasty. Together with the Summer Palace, the Humble Administrator’s Garden and the Liuyuan Garden, which are national key cultural relics protection units, it is also known as the Four Famous Gardens in China. In December 1994, the Summer Resort and surrounding temples were included in the World Cultural Heritage List. On May 8, 2007, Chengde Summer Resort and the surrounding temple scenic spots were officially approved by the National Tourism Administration as a national five-a tourist attraction.
Its biggest feature is that there is a garden in the mountains, and there are mountains in the garden. The mountainous areas account for four-fifths of the entire garden area. From the peak in the northwest to the lakes and plains in the southeast, the relative distance is 180 meters, forming a landscape surrounded by peaks and criss-crossing ravines, with clear springs flowing in the valleys and deep dense forests. At that time, many gardens and temples were built using the peaks, cliffs, foothills, mountain streams and other terrains. The most eye-catching ones are the pavilions on the two opposite peaks. One is called "Nanshan Snow" and the other is "Simian". Yunshan". From the pavilion, you can have a panoramic view of various scenic spots in the villa, several large temples outside the villa, as well as Chengde city and the strange peaks and rocks on the surrounding mountains. There is also a pavilion on another peak called "Zhuifeng Luozhao". Here, Qingchui Peak first comes into view. Whenever the setting sun shines in the west, Qingchui Peak is illuminated by the red clouds, so it is called "Zhuifeng Luozhao". .
Now, we see Shuxiang Temple. Shuxiang Temple is located to the north of the Summer Resort and to the east is the Putuo Zongsheng Temple. It was built in the 39th year of Qianlong's reign and is modeled after Lama Jun in Shuxiang Temple in Wutai Mountain, Shanxi. For Emperor Qianlong, the Manchu people worshiped Manjusri Bodhisattva as the main deity. At that time, people believed that Emperor Qianlong was the reincarnation of Manjusri Bodhisattva, so the temple was also known as the "Qianlong Family Temple".
Now, I wish you all a happy visit to this attraction. Please don't litter, and respect the fruits of ancient people's labor. I wish you all a happy trip. Chengde Summer Resort Guide Words Chapter 12
Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone!
I am your tour guide Xiaoyu. Now our location is Chengde Summer Resort, and I will lead you around.
Chengde Summer Resort is an ancient imperial palace in China, where emperors of the Qing Dynasty spent summer vacations and handled government affairs. Also known as "Chengde Palace" or "Rehe Palace".
Many palaces and many exquisite large-scale garden scenic spots were built in the villa. Where we are now is a group of eight-courtyard buildings built by Emperor Qianlong in 1749. It was named Songhe Zhai for the Empress Dowager to live in. In that year, "green pines were common outdoors, and white cranes danced in front of the courtyard" in Songhe Zhai. There are training deer roaming around in the courtyard. Behind Shoucheng Hall there are fifteen nursing rooms, three gate halls and seven main halls, which are called Leshou Hall and later renamed Yuexingju. It is the residence of the Empress Dowager. The Shou Cheng Hall has fifteen nursing rooms, and the gate hall building has long since disappeared. Only the foundation remains of Le Shou Hall, which was rebuilt in 1998.
We now come to the East Palace location.
The main buildings on the original central axis here include seven gate halls, eleven king halls, Qingyin Pavilion, Fushou Pavilion, Qinzheng Hall, and Juan Ashengjing Hall. In 1945, the Japanese army invaded Chengde and burned down the East Palace to celebrate their victory. So, now all we see is the base address. The original Qingxiang Pavilion was also commonly known as the Grand Theater. It is similar to the existing Changyin Pavilion in the Forbidden City and the Deheyuan Theater in the Summer Palace. The pavilion is three stories high and has a majestic appearance.
Now we come to this stone bridge. This stone bridge is in the center of the river. There are many beautiful weeping willows on both sides of the river. In the center of the bridge, we can see a piece of green things, which are lotus flowers and lotus leaves. This bridge is estimated to be thousands of years old, and it still looks like this without any change, which shows that the architecture of the ancients is very great. You can take photos on the bridge, but you are not allowed to write or draw on the bridge, and you are not allowed to throw garbage into the river.
Dear tourists, the visit to Chengde Summer Resort has now come to a full stop. Thank you for your cooperation. We welcome you to come again next time. Goodbye! Chengde Summer Resort Guide Words Chapter 13
Dear tourist friends:
Hello everyone!
Today, I will take you to visit Chengde Mountain Resort. My surname is Wang. You can call me Director Wang. When traveling, please don’t litter, don’t graffiti, stay close to the group, and don’t get separated.
Now, we have arrived at the door of the summer resort. At first glance, you'll notice a typo - "avoid" has an extra dash. What's going on? It turns out that Emperor Qianlong did not come to escape the summer heat, but to escape a disease called smallpox. Later, he was afraid that others would gossip, so he added another word to avoid it.
Entering the Summer Resort, an exquisite and beautiful building is the Yanyu Tower. Walk a little further and you'll see a sculpture of a horse flying over the rolling sea, gazing into the distance. Going further, you will reach Qingyang Bookstore and Duishanzhai. Qingyang Bookstore in the east is where the emperor studied writing. The opposite mountain house in the west is a place for viewing and resting. Standing there, you can see a hexagonal pavilion on the rockery opposite, which is the wing pavilion.
Come and take a look! This is the famous hot spring. Because the spring water is warm and there are hot springs flowing upstream, no matter how cold the weather is outside, especially when the surroundings are covered with snow, it is still steaming. It is a great place.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you go further, there is an open plain in front of us. This plain covering an area of ??several thousand acres consists of the "Ten Thousand Trees Garden" and the "Trial Horse". Among them, Wanshu Garden has a flat terrain and lush wildlife, making it very beautiful. He also tested the horse, and it turned out to be green, and it ran as fast as a string. If you have the opportunity to ride a few laps there, it will be one of life's great pleasures!
After bypassing the Bronze Museum, we came to Hazel Valley. Sitting in the car driving around the mountain, looking out from the car, I can see the scenery of Hazelnut Valley: rolling hills and green pines. The trees on both sides are lush and green, giving people a general sense of beauty!
After visiting Hazelnut Valley, everyone has to go back by car. Although I would like to take you to visit every corner of the villa, time is limited, so I can only visit here today. I hope you will take a look, appreciate and study it when you have the opportunity in the future.
