What did the author of Insects name his laboratory?

Fabre was very fond of this small world that took him forty years to finally own. He named it "L'Harmas" in Provence, which means "Only thyme plants grow." of rocky wasteland”. Fabre regarded this land as a "living insect laboratory", where he wrote, observed insect behavior, and conducted insect experiments, and spent his old age until his death; the ten-volume masterpiece "Insects" that was passed down to later generations was written here in 1878. The first volume was published in 2007, and then one volume was released approximately every three years until the final tenth volume was published in 1907. In his later years, Fabre still lived in poverty, but he used more diverse talents, writing poems, composing music, and even painting more than 700 kinds of mushrooms with watercolors, in order to pursue his own life style.
