Flower of the other shore

With the passage of time, people and things are changing, not to mention the vocabulary invented by human beings. Many things have lost their original meaning, whether they are misinterpreted, misrepresented or deliberately guided.

In the lush season, in the green belt next to the noisy national road, scarlet Lycoris quietly blooms, which looks abrupt and strange, and is a bit out of place compared with ordinary flowers and trees, attracting my attention.

I crept close to it for fear of disturbing this mortal soul. Lycoris radiata blooms in August and September, grows long and narrow leaves after the flowers wither, and then bears fruit in June 5438+1October. Because its flowers and leaves do not intersect, it has a louder and more widely known name, the other side flower.

Many years ago, I first saw this kind of flower on the east slope of Yushan, a forest after the rain. I was amazed at its extraordinary beauty. CoCo Lee, a colleague, told me the name of the other shore. She believed in Buddhism and told me a story about Meng Po. This flower on the other side seems to grow on the edge of Naihe Bridge or Forgotten River. Anyway, it has something to do with these, and she warned me not to touch them.

At that time, there was no internet, even books were extremely limited, and the way to acquire all kinds of knowledge was very narrow. Of course, there is no way to know its name, but this flower is very strange, and I remember its name.

I haven't seen this kind of flower for a long time, which makes me feel that meeting it in the wet mountain forest is the fate specially arranged by the Buddha.

Many years later, I saw it again Yanshi Southeast Development Zone is being built on a large scale, and I also participated in the construction. In the bright sunshine of a large lawn, I once again saw the other side of the flower.

The stem is green and slender, with three bright red flowers, which are red in the bright sunshine. I don't know why I feel blood. My first thought when I saw it was that it really shouldn't grow in that place. In other words, it is not suitable for growing in this dead place.

At that time, I had learned more about the flowers on the other side from my rich experience. It also has many aliases, such as the flower of darkness and the flower of hell. It seems that the person who named it is similar to me. On the contrary, the dragon claw flower is relatively neutral, and the flower stretches, especially the male stamens are slender and look like animal claws, which is very arrogant. It's brilliant to name it after the same elusive African claw.

This flower has a higher name, Shumansha flower, thanks to the wise translator thousands of years ago. Shuman Shahua is one of the four major smallpox in Buddhism. Buddhism was introduced into China in the early Han Dynasty, and the Sanskrit names of these four kinds of smallpox were translated into classic names, which made people remember deeply. However, I also have doubts about this. The origin of Lycoris radiata is unknown, and the wild Lycoris radiata is mainly distributed in China and Japan. Whether these four kinds of smallpox were invented by translators or journalists remains to be verified.

Are the flowers, Lycoris radiata and Sarcandra glabra over there the same plant? It seems less important in the flow of time and civilization. People can always add some memories and good wishes to tell beautiful things. When Liang Wudi advocated Buddhism in the Southern Dynasties, a master named Guang Yun preached, touching the sky, smallpox fell one after another, and the beauty of its scenery seemed to be another world.

Then there is the idiom, which comes from this legend. What a beautiful scene, it is absolutely 100% praise.

The four kinds of smallpox in Buddhist scriptures are Datura (not Datura), Maha Datura, Sumatra and Maha Sumatra. Datura is white garlic, Maha Datura refers to white lotus, Sumatra refers to red garlic and Maha Sumatra refers to red lotus.

Flowers are probably the most direct expression of all beauty. Even in the supreme Buddhism, flowers are endowed with supreme status, especially lotus flowers, which can almost replace the existence of Buddhism.

A few years ago, I heard a fashionable word, life is like summer flowers, which means the splendor of summer flowers. I also thought about the origin of the word summer flower. The habit of writing and reading in ancient China is from top to bottom and from right to left, and reading summer flowers from right to left is summer flowers. In ancient times, the beautiful word I read in my mouth was called Huaxia at that time. Of course, a beautiful flower is a stamen. The stamen is in the center of the flower, and the flower is extremely beautiful. Similarly, according to the ancient law, it was called China.

I can't imagine the wisdom of China, China and the ancients. I can only guess.

I can only do some one-sided analysis. How did smallpox, the most beautiful Lycoris radiata and Lotus come to the world of mortals on behalf of supreme practice? !

My paranoia is actually very simple. For plants, flowers are their reproductive organs.

In order to thrive, plants weave all their energy into a flower, which is open and undisguised.

I know that in human civilization, there is indeed a worship called reproduction. If it were not for the continuous sublimation and repeated tempering of civilization, the simple and primitive ancestors would have passed on the unfortunate reproductive worship indefinitely.

The fact played a little joke on us. In the end, human beings regard the reproductive organs as a shy existence. Long ago, the reproductive organs were covered with leaves, skin and cloth.

Only flowers, imperceptibly, are blooming mercilessly in the sun, and at the same time, human beings have endowed them with godlike existence.

In the fairy world, the goddess scatters flowers, moistens everything and moistens the most brilliant beauty.

Many years later, I once again crossed the fertile alluvial plain, under the trees of Ligustrum lucidum and Lagerstroemia indica, where the green flowers were often dense, and a trace of red Lycoris radiata stretched its stamens in the slightly black grass.

In addition to ghosts, I also implicitly regard them as a hurried reincarnation of reproductive gaps. Indeed, reincarnation is a good match for this flower.

The wind was shaking gently, so I put my mobile phone near some flowers and pressed the shutter frequently.

The flowers on the other side are beautiful.

The legend of hype has gradually changed. Beyond the Zen language of Master Guang Yun, it is no longer an unusual existence, but an exaggerated adjective.

How much more is worth changing? Covering up the ugly veil is becoming more and more complicated and exquisite.

Only one flower does not know, repeatedly emphasizing the elongation of slender stamens. The Mid-Autumn Festival is neither humble nor sad.

And it depends, right or wrong, who knows? !
