It's an imported Dutch Interway Seven vaccine for dogs. The letters on the sign stand for: D- canine distemper virus; H- hepatitis virus (including adenovirus type 2); P- parvovirus; Parainfluenza virus; R- rabies; Leptospira, leptospira hemorrhagic jaundice.
