The eighth day of April, the legend is that the Buddha was born. (Buddha is Sakyamuni, and Sakyamuni was originally the prince of Kapilao Weiguo in northern ancient India), which later evolved into an ancient Buddha bathing festival, also known as Buddha washing festival, Buddha's birthday festival and Dragon Flower Festival. People also have the custom of releasing and eating attached beans on this day. Before and after the Bath Buddha Festival, there are also folk activities of worshipping Guanyin and begging for children, as well as worshipping the King of Medicine. Legend has it that more than 2,5 years ago, Sakyamuni Buddha was born in Lumbini Garden in northern India. According to legend, when the Buddha mother, Mrs. Moyev, gave birth to the Buddha under the worry-free tree, the garden was full of flowers, and nine dragons appeared in the sky, and perfume was sprayed from Longkou to bathe the baby (Buddha). Therefore, in order to commemorate the birth of the Buddha, later generations imitate Kowloon to spit water and bathe every year on the Buddha's birthday, symbolizing that Buddha disciples believe in Buddhism. Therefore, on this day, each Buddhist temple will set up a solemn Buddha table in the square or the main hall of the temple, on which a giant Buddha plate is placed. On the lotus platform of the plate, a child stands slim, representing the statue of Prince Siddhartha when the Buddha was just born. The Buddha's dish is full of water, which is called fragrant soup. Believers scoop up fragrant soup with a spoon in the dish and bathe the Buddha like a dragon.
