His layman's name was Chen _, and his legal name was Xuanzang. He was honored as "Master Sanzang" and later called "Tang Priest". Sanzang is a Buddhist term. Sanzang originally refers to the bamboo basket containing Buddhist classics, and later refers to Buddhist classics. Buddhist classics are composed of three parts, namely, Jing Zang, Lu Zang and Lun Zang, which is referred to as "Jing Lv Lun" for short, hence the saying of Sanzang.
