Features: bright red color, salty taste, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, cold or hot.
Exercise:
1. Put the dried shredded tofu into 70% hot oil and fry until golden brown, then take it out;
2. Add broth, refined salt, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate, pepper water, sugar and shredded ginger to a boil;
