Because the enemy relied on a large number of people and foreign guns, after fierce fighting, the Boxer Rebellion fought its way out. After the enemy bloodbath Wang Yao Temple, the cavalry pursued the Boxer Rebellion, and in the area of Jiaogezhuang Stone Bridge south of Shaling, the two sides squared up for a decisive battle. The boxer braved the hail and fought bravely, killing more than 200 people and causing heavy casualties to the enemy. The Yihetuan in Shunyi City led by Zhang Hui and Zhang Hongdian, together with the Boxer in Tongxian County, attacked Jiajimachi Catholic Church and drove away the missionaries. Shunyi Boxer also burned American merchant ships bound for Tianjin in Chaobai River.
