1. Select a suitable wine container and store the wine in the container, which should be sealed.
2. Choose soil with appropriate temperature and humidity, no odor and no pollution to bury wine.
3. Bury wine. Dig a deep ditch of 1- 1.5 meters underground, which can be loose enough to put down the jars to be buried.
4. Before putting the wine, spread the cow felt under the jar and sprinkle a layer of dry fine sand around the jar after putting it away.
Good wine can be stored for three years and then buried for five years.
